Dropped in without a reservation. The were able to accommodate us for 1.5 hours as table was booked after that. Had the tasting menu. Food was excellent. Sea Bream was the star, followed closely by the calamari. Whole experience was perfect. Staff were lovely and...friendly. We felt right at home and were never under pressure to finish even with the subsequent booking. Throughly enjoyed our evening there.More

Great restaurant. Went here for lunch and everything was delicious. I had the beef cheeks and it was so tender and amazingly good. I highly recommend. The staff was friendly and it was not busy when we went. I loved it.

Food was great, we had starter main and dessert for 2 and all were very nice. Not cheap especially compared to usual Prague but great for a special occasion. Only sour note was on payment i was asked if i wanted to leave a tip,...i pointed out the 10% service charge and was told that’s for everyone but you can leave more for the wait staff. I declined and it felt to me like a very pushy attempt to fleece a tourist which friends local to Prague say is what they suspect. This left a disappointing end to an enjoyable mealMore

Besides being one of the few restaurants opened after 10:00pm we ate very well! Food was delicious and service was great! Located in the old town, close to the square!

Excellent food and atmosphere. but we were really disapointed by them charging us 10% more ( service charge ) because we were 7 ( a family ) .. Such a deception.. so tricky from the waiter.. we feel they robbed us..

Our first night in Prague and what a start. This is a wonderfully authentic Italian themed restaurant. Food and service is of a very high standard. Divinis has a Bib Gourmand which is well earned. Totally recommend a visit.

This is the perl of true Italian cucine in the middle of Prague. Every meal has a touch of The Chef. The food is as good as in the heart of Italy or even better. The service is perfect.

Absolutely Michelin Star Restaurant, the service, the atmosphere, the excellent presentation of the meal we had chosen. The carpaccio was delicious with its unique lemon zest flavour, the stuffed octopus was divine and the ravioli as second dish was perfect.

Stumbled upon this restaurant and was very glad that I decided to go in. It was difficult to choose from the varied and interesting menu. I had veal carpaccio to begin with followed by quail. The food was outstanding. The service was unobtrusive yet attentive....I would highly recommend.More

This is by far the best dining experience that we had in Prague. The food exceeds expectations even for the very experienced restaurant diner. Italian food is so commonly done across the globe that it is difficult to be impressed these days but this restaurant...is unforgettable.More

This is by far the best restaurant we visited in Prague, although we did not attempt to go to any fine-dining places. Out of the relatively small menu, we ordered Stuffed Calamari with Shrimp, Agnolotti Stuffed with Crab, and Spaghetti al Pesto with Shrimps, plus...some sauteed vegetables. Every dish was sumptuous. We visited NYC and dined at a highly rated Italian restaurant in Brooklyn shortly before our trip to Europe. The NYC restaurant cost more than twice as much, but I liked the food at Divinis a little better. The only complaint I have is that the Agnolotti Stuffed with Crab seemed to have a tiny bit of crab shell in it. I wish we had a restaurant like Divinis where we live.More

This was easily the best meal of our trip to Prague. Honestly my guidebook only rated this a 2 euro out of 4 cost which is not accurate but I’m so glad it did or we would probably not have come. Everything they served was...delicious - top-notch quality and presentation. I got the octopus and my son got the agnolotti. We shared the stuffed calamari as an appetizer and the chocolate ganache for the dessert. We both had wine with dinner and I had a moscato with dessert. I have absolutely no complaints about the food or wine. Service was very friendly however I could tell they seemed slightly short-staffed which I think is a problem all over Europe right now. Come with a little patience and understanding and your tastebuds will be well-rewarded!!More

Cozy athmosphere and very friendly staff. We had the degustation menu with 6 courses. Our waiter was very kind, explained our food options and knew the wine cart by heart and helped us pick a crisp wine to match our food. As we've noticed, Czech...dining is really fast-paced but our waiter read the room and asked if we wanted more time between courses. That way we could properly enjoy each delicious dish. The waiter really made the evening special. We would visit again.More

I visited divinis 25.5.2023. This is yet another prague hidden Gem. If you only read a part of this review , let me tell you this is definitely a place you must visit for a comforting and homey atmosphere. It is located in the old...town area behind kotva , not near the water , but surprisingly that adds to its charm I tried their degustation menu with the fish but with my company i had the chance to try out the meat. 🌾Amouse bouche -Brioche - we chose not to have bread so having this brioche amouse bouche as a starter was perfect. It was lightly buttery and satisfying. 🪷course 1- Burrata - this starter was delectable. The cheese was so soft and the accompaniments were perfect. 🐚course 2 - scallops - as it is known cooking scallops is a very difficult feat and divinis did not fall back on this one either. The potato pure was also well done 🍜course 3 - The deer tagleoni ragout- You could tell the pasta was very high quality and the added emultion! wow very creative, but sadly for me this one did not wow me. Plus it was a bit too big of a portion. 🍲course 4 - Rissoto - It was delicious , the platting was lovely nevertheless it still was unfortunately still a bit too much and i couldnt finish it. 🐟 course 5 ( main course ) Fish - Sadly the fish was a big let down for me. I wouldnt say it was badly done , just lacked creativity in my opinion 🥩course 5 ( from my colleague) Meat - This dish is the right choice. Mymy i had wished i chose this instead of the fish. The meat was very tender juicy. Melt in your mouth but not fatty or oily somehow. Surprising. As well as that , I wasent quite sure what i was having but i tried the potato accompaniment and that was hands down the best way i have tasted potato be prepared. 🍨Desert - cake with ice cream. The cake was a bit underwhelming bUt the basil ice cream. I remember taking the first bite and being reminded of something. It was a lovely moment and made me very happy. 🍷🤵🏻Our server Peter was a very compotent and excellent sommelier, he took the time to choose the correct glass for each wine as well as cater to our tastes whilst making sure it was a good pairing with out meal. Truly a professional who deserves a bonus. He made our dinner very pleasant. Overall divinis in terms of interior somehow manages to make the perfect balance of “luxury at home” The chairs ,the bookshelfs , decor and choice of music were all spot on and i am very glad we chose to dine there Highly recommend :)More
