The spa is very well organized and staff are very friendly and competent. You can also find cosmetics and products to take home to continue your cure at home. Not much going on in the small town of Tabiano, but if you want to relax it is top choice

A perfect way to send 2-3 hours relaxing in this beautiful, clean and well located place. 30 min massage. Loved it.

According to some stories gathered from the local villagers Tabiano Terme were the first discovered.
Here lots of people of All ages comes over to get treatment with this sulphur water. They have also creams and other treatments such as sulphur breathing etc.
You have to get a doctors prescription to visit the terme and undergo a treatment unless it's a message or facial. Prices for doctors visit are not cheap but then the treatment is not that expensive either. However if you are passing by, it's not the correct treatment. You have to visit a couple of times to have an effective treatment as suggested by the GP.
The place is really nice. The lower floor is dedicated to children and the upper 3 floors for the rest.
Honestly I couldn't withstand the smell of the sulphur especially in the fountain room, but were advised that once you get used to it you wouldn't be bothered at all.
Nice to try if you don't want to take medications (pills) for any treatment.

We visited the "T-Spatium" non-medical wellness spa. Booking is more of a must than an option, as only 8 people are admitted at the same time to the pools.
While this makes for a very quiet and relatively pleasant experience in small facilities, we were lucky to find room - and the web site mentions booking as an option only.
The pool itself is almost pointless: too small to swim or stand in. Sauna, Turkish bath and Kneipp paths are pleasant, clean and effective.
We found awkward that the room with the pool and the one with sauna and Turkish bath open into a same hall as the corridor from the entrance and the changing rooms, so you feel a distinct change of environment - temperature and quality of air; worse, fully dressed and booted people cross paths with bathers in pool-clean flip-flops.
This would be perfectly acceptable for a simple, unassuming, reasonably priced location. At 38 Euros per person this is careless by design.
