Awesome winery. Got an introduction to the local grapes Teroldego and Nosiola and the philosophy of the wine production. Subsequently a tasting of the 6 wines and 3 cheeses. Sonia was a skilled and friendly guide.

The local grapes Teroldego and Nosiola really prevailed in different vintages, productions and wine yards. My personal favourite were the Granato and the Foradori Nosiola.

You should definately make af stop over when passing by. Just 5 min from the Highway A22 (Brenner Pass highway).

Maya greeted us and did such a wonderful job explaining all about the biodynamic farming, the Demeter seal, the sustainable farm that these beautiful vines grow, etc. We all loved her so much and then at the end we found out she was new to the vineyard and that we were her very first group she "did the talk." She was so impressive. Right beside her was Raphael (I believe that was his name), perhaps as moral support for Maya, but we never knew--he just chimed in at times with his knowledge of the place, the family that owns it, and other curious questions members of our group had. Together they were awesome and I'm sure either by themselves would also be wonderful. We felt so cared for and they were so knowledgable, our whole group (8 of us) wholeheartedly agreed that this was likely THE main highlight of our trip--which included Venice & Florence and other smaller villages along the way--so that lets you know how much we were impressed.
