Spent an hour or so with the family on a gnome saunter and a walk through the wild flower garden making up gnome puns and songs enroute. Booked online at £3.50 a ticket, had planned a cream tea but the cafe isn't open at the moment but there is ample seating for your picnic.
You get to loan a nifty gnome hat too.

Was expecting great things from previous reviews. Bit disappointing. Lady in front desk lacked customer skills!!! Did the gnome walk in 15 mins and felt that especially in this climate there is time to tidy the area, pick leaves out of the water area and freshen up. The wild flower are again needs lots of tlc. That said for £4 was worth a visit and the older gnomes were more interesting. Maybe get fresh eyes to look at the layout and design of gnome walk and wild flower walk too

This was our second visit to the gnome reserve and one we were looking forward to :) due to Covid safety we were asked to book online - easy & fast! Freshly washed gnome hats were selected for us :) and a one way system and timed arrival - really friendly and chatty staff. Our 6 year old and his 42 year old Dad loved it! We played gnome bingo along the way and took some wonderful photos. How wonderful to have that beautiful space in your garden. Beautiful views & picnic tables. The wildflower garden was well maintained and plenty to keep the kids busy with a quiz and lots of open space. Clean, accessible toilet facilities and a fun morning out. Very reasonable - we would pay more :) many many thanks 😊

It is what it is, crazy fun. Not just for kids, we laughed all the way round, photo mad at all the different gnomes doing jobs, tasks, making mischief. It’s free to go in, but they ask you visit the garden centre. That is a great offer as the garden centre is great value, half the price of the big centres. Nice cafe, just a fun way to spend an hour or 2.

Visited the Gnome Reserve in August 2020 with my boyfriend as something to do on the way back to where we was staying in Westward Ho! It was really fun and exciting to see all the different gnome scenes. This would be a perfect place to take your children, they have a picnic area and a shop (currently not open due to COVID). Would recommend as a morning or afternoon activity.

Brilliant bit of fun for a couple of hours. We walked around twice and the kids loved it. Would love to visit again when the cafe is open. Covid friendly and definitely value for money. Went there with kids 4-6 and grandparents and fun for everyone 👍🏻

Went to the new location, it wasn’t great, the garden centre was fine, with a nice independent shop to purchase locally made items.
The gnome sanctuary wasn’t great, there were parts condoned off by orange barriers, most of the gnomes were hidden in the overgrown plants.
In the shop they had a few gnomes for sale, but just the standard ones you can buy anywhere.
I wouldn’t hurry back as it’s nothing special.
Wouldn’t recommend visiting as it’s not worth it.

This place is a little hidden gem in north Devon. Definitely worth a visit if nearby the area. Probably about an hours worth of visit. Lovely and autumnal at the moment but imagine it’s very nice in the summer too.

Fab day out for 3 adults and a 9 year old. We stumbled upon this little treasure and had the best hour out. Gnome hats are given on arrival. Best laugh we’ve had in the whole of Devon!

Great place to visit with the family. Gnomes of all shapes and sizes set in a woodland wonderland. The wildlife garden is a great addition, offering an opportunity to learn about native flora and fauna. If you are in the area, I would definitely recommend popping by.

This is probably far too late to answer but for anyone else's benefit I think it was around £3.00 each. BARGAIN!!
