We used RTB for transit from Calgary to Banff, and the service we were provided with was amazing. Tony worked with our large group to ensure we would make the shuttle upon arrival, and that we would arrive in time to check in upon departure. He even modified our plans to make sure we weren't stranded in Calgary in case we didn't make the regular shuttle time. The amount of care and consideration we were shown was incredible. The ride itself was smooth, and Tony had some fun facts about the area as well which made the journey more enjoyable.

We took the shuttle to Banff from Calgary round trip. The driver came on time and
apply hand sanitizer on our hands, We really appreciated this action since we are senior and have not been travelled over 2 years. If we go back to Calgary we sure will take this shuttle to Banff or other routes.

On Sept.17/22 we went on the Calgary: Drumheller and Badlands Tour booked with GetYourGuide & supplied by RTB Tours. There were 8 persons on the tour which made it very personal. The tour covered an extensive area highlighted by Badland & Royal Tyrrell Museum. The driver, tour guide Ian was knowledgeable, friendly & humorous. A delicious picnic lunch was provided.There is only one thing I would change about the tour. Too much time was spent at Atlas coal mine. The wait for the tour was too long. That time could have been spent at the museum.
In conclusion the tour was excellent & a great way to see Alberta.

We rode with RTB from Calgary for several days into the Canadian Rockies and had a great trip. The itinerary was just right for our group of forty celebrants of a class reunion. It included many beautiful places and stops for the night.
The coach was very comfortable and perfect for sightseeing and chatting amongst old friends. Our driver, Ian, was very good, expertly taking us around Banff, Jasper and Yoho National Parks. His commentary was very informative and even local members of our group said they learned new things. We always felt very safe when Ian was driving.

Tony and the RTB Tours team were instrumental in helping to create an interesting and fun agenda for our group during our visit to Calgary & Banff. His insight into the various areas, ideas on what were the must-sees and do's, and his connections with various establishments all helped to create an extraordinary experience for our guests. Petar is an amazing your guide! He was very respectful and understanding and made the trip quite fun. I enjoyed chatting with him. He also took amazing pictures of my mother and me which captured the beauty of Banff and this trip forever!

I was extremely pleased with the flexibility shown by Toni in designing the trip out to Drumheller, planning stops and narrative that would be of interest to my older, limited walking group, and make the most of our day long adventure. There was such a benefit to having an extremely experienced tour guide that was more than familiar with the area of the country and shared so many anecdotal stories, and having someone care for the driving, parking, ticketing, etc. is more than a relief.

Today they had to pick me up at 11:20 outside the Moose Hotel in Banff. I was there from 11:00 to 12:00, the bus never stopped, I called the phone several times and there was a recorder saying that they were busy that they would leave a message and so I did. It seems like a terrible lack of respect, I lost 122 dollars, who will return it to me now? Will they be held responsible accordingly and will they return my money? I hope they contact me for a refund of my money

I used to like this company,until it started its divisive policy of insisting on double vaxxing, which anyone with any sense now realises is a waste of time and doubly dangerous. Thanks to this, they have lost a customer, and I understand a few people have complained about this. Even Justinalunatic left the buses alone.

Two absolutely brilliant tours with driver Ian of both Calgary for a half day and a full day to Drumheller / Atlas Coal Mine / Dinosaur Museum.
From the first day of conatct Tony had everything organised and hiccup free throughout.
The service provided was out of this world. Would recommend to anyone who visits the area.

DO you have tour to Drumheller and Badland on 20 July for 1 adult? I would like to ask if I need to arrive at the airport before 20:00 to take my shuttle to Banff, would the this tour suitable for me? Thanks! Miranda

For this tour to depart, we require a minimum of 4 paid guests and so far no one has booked this date. You may want to check back in a few weeks.

we will be in Calgary for one day on a stopover. we would like to do a half day city tour of the major attractions. cant seem to find a suitable tour. we are staying at the international hotel on May 7th and 8th but only available for tour on 8th, thank you.

Hello, thank you for your question. We do operate year round however we do require a minimum of 4 paid guests before our trips depart. At this time i have no one booked for March 17 to Banff, How many in your party?

Hi JoAnn,
It appears that you made the booking through Viator. You will need to go through Viator for any cancellation requests as we cannot process this through our end seeing as you did not book directly through us.
Our bus is not wheelchair accessible, but as long as you can walk onto the bus this will not be a problem at all! We have room to store your wheelchair and the steps are not too steep (there's also a sturdy side rail).

Will u pick up and drop off at my hotel?
Hi there,
First off, my apologies for the late response! If you are staying at the Delta Bow Valley, International, Westin, or the Sheraton Eau Claire hotel downtown, we will pick you up at no charge before our XperienceCalgary city tour begins. This occurs for both the 10:00am and 12:00pm tour. We will then drop you off at the Calgary Tower at the end of the tour.
We are also providing a downtown shuttle service for the following NE Hotels near the airport: Hilton Garden Inn, Sandman Hotel & Suites, Marriott Courtyard, Hampton Inn & Suites, Country Inn & Suites, Ramada Plaza, and Sheraton Cavalier. You can go to our website to reserve a seat, and this shuttle is round trip, dropping all guests off and picking them up from the Calgary Tower to go back to the hotels.

How long is the hop on/off tour and what is the wait time between buses?

Hi there,
It takes approximately 3 hours to complete the Heritage Line. (which is the main line) Buses are available for pick up at attractions every 2 hours, and you will find a sign posted at each attraction indicating when the next pick up times are. Hope to see you on our tour soon!

The price for the hop on-hop off city tour is $40.00/adult. Your ticket will be valid for 24 hours, so you could ride around all day, or even come back in the morning for a second trip!
We recommend booking in advance, and you can also do this on our website, it is very fast and easy! Alternatively, please give us a call at 1 855 595 1855.
