- Pete R8 contributionsMarvelous Matchday TourOutstanding. My football mad son said it was the best day of his life!! From going into the dressing room and sitting in his favourite players seat, to seeing the press room, tunnel and pitch, its a fun, interactive and enjoyable tour. There's plenty of time to take pictures, learn about the history of the club and ask questions. It was a lovely day. Peter and Gary were superb guides, highly recommend this tour.Visited March 2023Traveled with familyWritten March 19, 2023
- Graeme B1 contributionNon-Chelsea fan but an excellent visitI am not a Chelsea supporter but I really enjoyed the tour and museum. The main guide, Kevin, was excellent - friendly and welcoming to all yet clearly a long standing fan of the club. He was well supported by Howard who carried out the security role but also found time for a chat. The tour lasted for an hour and key areas were visited and discussed plus we were encouraged to ask and respond to questions. Well worth a visited and particularly well done to Kevin.Visited March 2023Traveled as a coupleWritten March 20, 2023
- Nathan B2 contributionsLovely trip to Stamford bridge. Highly recommend coming out to the west end to see a fine football establishment. The Chelsea stadium tour and museum was amazing to say the least. This was my first time touring an EPL football stadium and all my expectations were exceeded by Max and Scott, our tour guides. We were fortunate enough to see the pitch on a sunny day in the west end of London. 10/5 stars if I could. Thanks Nathan. Max and Scott are two of our very best and I'm delighted you got to enjoy a sunny day in west London with us.Written April 8, 2023This response is the subjective opinion of the management representative and not of Tripadvisor LLC.Visited March 2023Traveled with friendsWritten March 28, 2023
- Mihaela D1 contributionWowIt was a very beautiful experience. The stadium is amazing. Along informations about the players who played on the field we received informations about the history of the stadium, we learned very interesting things. In the museum you can see many things like players' football boots, T-shirts, balls etc. I strongly recommend this guide tour.Visited April 2023Traveled with familyWritten April 11, 2023
- Alex FLetchworth Garden City, United Kingdom6 contributionsGreat tour experience! We had a great tour of the stadium, it was a new presentation at the beginning on the history of the club which was really well put together. Got to see the museum with the trophies, the pitch, press room, changing rooms and sit in the stands at the end. Raymond was a fantastic tour guide, very knowledgable and a real fan! Thanks Alex - we really appreciate your kind feedback and Ray is one of our very best guides.Written May 17, 2023This response is the subjective opinion of the management representative and not of Tripadvisor LLC.Visited May 2023Traveled with familyWritten May 7, 2023

I left a lifelong fan of Chelsea. Kevin was the ideal tour guide — witty, knowledgeable, passionate and friendly. He and his co-guide (a smart Woman whose name escapes me) were the ideal hosts of the tour. They provided a nice mix of past, present and future.Visited November 2023Traveled soloWritten November 18, 2023

After attempting several times to get tickets for a Chelsea match for my boyfriend’s 30th , I had to settle for a stadium and museum tour . I was really gutted that I hadn’t been able to fulfil my boyfriend’s dream but the stadium tour was nothing short of fantastic and the tour guide (Elvis) was incredible! Elvis was exceptionally knowledgeable, engaging and friendly ! You can clearly tell he’s very passionate about what he does . I’m not into football at all but really enjoyed it . After experiencing such a challenging time and losing £80 attempting to get tickets , I vowed to not spend another dime with the club , but this tour did restore my faith in the club. It was a great day out and the food at on site restaurant was good too !

Tours have reopened!!! Terrific tour of a very historic and notable stadium. The museum tells the story of the stadium and the team and the tour and guide help bring it to life. Great photo opportunities and very informative whether you enjoy football/soccer or not. Obviously as things have just reopened we were fortunate that the number of people on the tour were quite small. It was a perfectly paced, small group tour for roughly an hour. Come early or stay later to visit the museum and shop. Strongly recommended.

Thank you so much for your very kind words. You’re absolutely right in that this is the perfect time to take the tour as visitor numbers are - understandably - much lower than normal this time of year. Your comments on the tour being ‘perfectly paced’ are really appreciated as the guides do a fantastic job ensuring that everyone has more than enough time inside the stadium bowl and behind the scenes. Thanks again.

Was an amazing experience for myself and two young children 8 and 11 the dream came true to see the ground the stadium and many of the trophies. Our guide Raymond was amazing he had plenty of knowledge about the ground the club and the history and a good amount of humor to go with it highly recommend to anybody visiting London. My boys are treated like special VIPs and will forever be able to remember the memory of the stadium tour. I’m overhearing a conversation we were able to secure tickets for the Chelsea opened in the afternoon this was fully sold out. When inquiring at reception what time the ticket office opened very kind gentleman overheard my conversation and provided us tickets for free something we could never dreamed of my very thankful for myself and the children were able to see the entire first team squad train in the afternoon what amazing experience at Stamford Bridge we had.

It was cool to be at the stadium and my tour guide was very insightful of the business of behind the football club. However I do not watch sports and went here with a seminar, I would not go here otherwise. London is a fantastic city and other things are much more amazing to see that do not require a long tube ride.

Thanks for your review. Our tour does not pretend to be anything it is not and, by our very nature, we are a guided tour behind-the-scenes of a football stadium. However we would argue it is very unique in terms of it's history (e.g. one of the oldest continuous sports stadiums in the world), location and offering given that our museum showcases the full history of the club and the most complete trophy collection in London. Agree emphatically that London is a fantastic city however we regularly have people say that our tour has been the highlight of their whole trip.

I am not a Chelsea fan but I bought 2x tickets for the private VIP Tour for me and my Chelsea mad Dad for Christmas.
It was brilliant and worth every penny!
Started with complimentary photos taken with the trophies that were printed for us later on.
We then had free time as we arrived early to browse the museum at our leisure, it was a lot bigger and more interesting than I had expected.
We then shopped the Megastore and had a 2 course meal at Frankies which was included in the price.
If I had to pick one slight negative about the day it would be that the menu for the meal was very limited and most of it was not included. The food and service was great however.
Then came the tour itself, we saw all over the stadium, changing rooms, press room tunnel, dugouts, pitchside and more!
The quality of a tour however ultimately comes down to the guide you have and we had Ray.
Ray was amazing, so knowledgeable and personable, it felt like a mate showing you round his workplace. He gave us ample time to see everything and take our photos and really bonded with my Dad over their shared love of the club.
Overall and awesome day out even for this West Ham fan but most importantly my Dad loved it.
Highly recommended to any fan of Chelsea of just football in general.

We took part in the Chelsea stadium tour and Museum package yesterday. It was absolutely brilliant, Adam the tour guide was so engaged and knowledgeable. He was funny and interacted very well with the group, first finding out what nationalities were part of the tour group and making everyone welcome.
We went pitch side, the benches, the changing rooms, the press box, press conference room and other areas of the ground.
My kids were very excitable and Adam was very good with them answering their questions and making light hearted jokes with them.
I really would recommend the Chelsea tour and as lifelong Chelsea fans, we look forward to coming back to the Bridge!
Up the Chels! And thanks Adam.

Highlight of our weekend in Chelsea . We absolutely loved doing this tour and would recommend it to ANYONE who has a interest in football . Our guide Elvis was brilliant - super friendly, helpful, considerate and extremely knowledgeable - educating us on Chelsea football team in history and from now He took us around the stadium and behind the scenes of Chelsea FC - We had a perfect mix of educating taking pictures and asking questions. All safety measures were taken into consideration with COVID 19 and felt very safe and welcoming. We wouldn't have wanted anybody else to show us around!

What a memorable tour, once in a life time. To be able to go on the Stamford Bridge pitch and take a penalty at the Matthew Harding End, what dreams are made of and a day never to be forgotten. Then to top it all we were able to have photos holding the original Champions league trophy, priceless. Big thank you to Adam for your hospitality and Trevor who was our tour guide, also great to see Len.

Im not usually someone who takes time out to write reviews for things like this, but I felt compelled to write this review (Not just because I'm a Chelsea fan).
We recently visited Stamford Bridge, stayed at the Copthorne Hotel, and attended a tour of the museum and stadium for my sons 8th Birthday.
Every aspect of the experience was excellent. From the detail, depth and fun nature of the tour and the museum itself, to the friendly nature of everyone we met that worked at Chelsea FC on our 2 night stay, from our tour guide Ben (who had an excellent Jose Mourinho impression) down to the receptionists at the Copthorne, The people waiting on at Frankies, the guy on security at the Britannia gate and even the people working in the club shop. Friendly, chatty and added to the whole experience being one we won't forget for a long time.
Thank you everyone at Chelsea FC!

Raymond was the absolute man. Would highly recommend this tour. I am a Chelsea fan as a byproduct of my boyfriend's fandom, but the biggest highlight wasn't even seeing my partner enjoy seeing his team's home stadium -- it was Raymond's humor and charm throughout the tour. His knowledge of the team was immense and he made the whole hours long tour so much fun for everyone, which was a lot of non Chelsea fans. Such a blast. Couldn't recommend him and the whole tour more.

There is a cafe around the south-east end of the stadium as you walk around it on the outside.
Its called Frankie's Sports Bar and Grill. You can have a coffee / food etc there while others are on the tour.

Hola buenos días,
voy a visitar Londres con la familia y queremos hacer el tour del estadio del Chelsea, nuestra duda es si usando la London Pass se puede acceder sin tener franja horaria reservada con antelación que es lo que marca la web.
Muchas gracias!
