I have enjoyed 4classes a week for the last 2years in this studio Madera is a fantastic yoga teacher , her studio is spotlessly clean and safe.Madera has classes for all levels of fitness and also offers private classes
Give this studio a try it will change your life.
I have never heard any whooshing or seen any yogi combust in any class
All classes are run safely and professional and are inclusive and welcoming with no yogi harmed in any of the 200 or so classes I have attended

The pace of the class was really good with plenty gentle movement before getting into the deeper stretches. The teaching was excellent - some teachers just sit on their own mat but Madira was everywhere, offering help and adjustments. Even better, she didn't forget about the rest of the class while she was helping an individual, but kept the whole class moving at the same time. I was really impressed.

As a middle aged man, well out of shape, I felt extremely welcome in this delightful studio. Madira brings an energy to the class that I've not found anywhere else. Having advised Madira of my dodgy knees and achilles (and general lack of fitness) I was invited to do what I could safely do, and not to beat myself up when it held me back. I left feeling warmed inside and out.

Looks like an old 1920s school room, wooden floored.... but jam packed with people wall to wall, mat to mat, well over maximum occupancy, and then some! and with electric fan heaters on full blast, water bottles strewn all over floor, which is already slippery enough from all the sweat, and no fire exit to hand, it is only a matter of time before someone's nylon yoga suit gets too lose to the heater then.... WHOOOOSH! and not only yoga studio but the whole block is ablaze and pity the poor Yogi trapped in the studio.

Oh, and if you're disabled or not in peak fitness expect to be told bluntly you are not welcome.
