The area
Address
Neighborhood: Les Halles
Historically the central iron-clad market of Paris, Les Halles has evolved architecturally since then but the pulsating energy has stayed the same. Now it houses the main shopping mall, which nestles underground surrounded by fast-food take-aways and international restaurants coupled with beautiful churches and the old commodity exchange. Parallel to it are the high-street stores of Rue de Rivoli and just parallel to that the Seine. The area bustles with faces from all continents and all ages at all times of the day. If enjoying high-street shopping with easy access to fast eateries and lively bars is on your agenda, this is the place to go.

I'm usually not a huge fan of Escape game, it often looks cheap and intrigues are too geeky. But this one it wonderful! First you have a very good welcome, and the room is incredible! I'm still wondering how much time it took them to create such a marvellous room.
Oh and we had a lot of fun finding every clues and going forward the cave. I won't told you more but it's a must do!

I have never done an escape game before and the friends I went with all had so I was a little nervous.

The whole thing was in french but I speak the language so not a problem for me.

Honestly I had a great time, it’s a great way to have fun with friends even it it did get a bit stressful at times🙂

It was my first escape game, I did it with my boyfriend and I was amazed! The setting was spectacular and all the details made the place look very real. The sound effects, and the special effects were really impressive!! Even the telecommunication system (which I won't spoil) was amazing! We were warmly welcome and the organizers were very nice and making us feel at home.

I highly recommend it

ATLANTIDE
(This review was first posted on Escape-Aide. ★★★★★: One of the best escape rooms we played)
On a family trip to Paris, with my parents, we attempted and succeeded in finding the treasure of Atlantic with ONE second spare. We had an absolute blat. The complete lack of padlocks made it very immersive and the atmosphere itself is perfectly depicted. A fantastic room that you should try if you are in Paris! 🙂

We did "Atlantide" (Atlantis) on the first day it opened to the public. Apart from a little hiccup with a communication device before we started the game, the experience was seamless!

The company is run by experienced escape room players, and it shows in everything from the immersion to puzzle design and flow. The room is 3rd gen: there are no locks, and the puzzles rely on various electronics and sensors. The decorations are really stunning, to the point that I was reminded (in the best way!) of "The Room" app game. Everything in the room seemed really thought through: the soundtrack, the design, the progression of the puzzles and tasks, the ending...

The room would be suitable for beginners (especially with the well-timed hints), but also for the pros (although those would likely take a little less time, on the order of 40 min). Atlantide is doable with a minimum of 3 players (due to the nature of some of the puzzles). Probalby 3-4 people would be the optimal number.

The owners/GMs were very accommodating regarding the language: although officially the room is in French, it would be needed only for the intro and for the hints, both of which the owners were also willing to do in English.
