I Loved it! I saw the 50 minute Paris Story film last week. The small but comfortable theatre is downstairs on Rue Scribe next to Lindt Chocolate Shop. The staff are very friendly and speak English well.
It has wide screens with good clear images and you can listen to the commentary via Audio sets in most languages. It explains the origins of Paris, and goes through the history of this beautiful city and behind the scenes construction of its famous landmarks.
Thoroughly enjoyed it and would recommend for first time visitors to Paris to get an overview of the layout of the city.
Highly Recommend

Great film; it presents an historical overview of Paris. My wife and I enjoyed it. We learned about the origin of many of the top sites in Paris — the Louvre, the Eiffel Tower, Notre Dame, etc.

Second trip in Paris. The film was a nice review of the major buildings. Interesting narrative. It’s worth it for 50 minutes / 10 Euros. Would recommend it on a rainy day

We tried to see the Paris story. We were told by a young lady that no one was at the 3:00 show so we couldn't join in the middle. She said the last show was at 5. We returned 4:55 and she said the last show was at 4. It's hours online say they go til 6. I feel bad if this lady is being paid whether or not she runs the movie for customers. Here's a word of advice--- if there are no tourists coming in, it's because she won't run the film. Incredible!!!

It's a 50 minute list of the glory of various Paris buildings. There is no story, really. Visual quality is low. The tone is grandiose and boring, as in old textbooks. Looks like a product of the '80s. The YouTube is full of videos which are truly exciting and informative. Thus, invest 50 minutes in a YouTube exploration of Paris and you are better off.

Have been to Paris twice before for long stays and spent a lot of time sight-seeing and walking around, so I wondered whether this would deliver, but as all reviews were favourable I decided to go. I learned some things that I did not know and was very interested in the information snd also the excellent photography. If they had a video of it I would buy it. I recommend this to all.

This was one of the attractions listed on the PARIS PASS. We had not really planned to go there but as we were wandering around the streets outside the Opera House after our visit, we found ourselves outside a door which said " The Paris Story". The colourful and interesting sign attracted our attention and we realised that we had seen it before in the hand book. We were at a loose end and we decide to walk in and see what it had to offer. We went in without really expecting much. It was free entry for the pass, so we had nothing to lose. We sat down for 10 minutes before the pleasant and welcoming girl at the desk opened the door to us in as the preceding show ended.
The hall was decent -ish though some of the seats did not have functional audio systems. The seats were comfortable enough for an hour long show . In any case, the content of the film was so good that the comfort, or lack of it was unimportant. It gives a history of Paris, the city and its rulers. It is very well put together and has a load of interesting facts, out together in a very interesting format.
We were surprised to see that there were not too many people in the hall.it is a shame that not enough people come to see it. It certainly could help visitors plan their trips better because it gives a great overview with captivating insights on the whys and hows of the making of the city as it is today.
I would strongly recommend it.

We had the film theatre to ourselves which increased our enjoyment to some extent. Visited at 11am as too early for another engagement in the area.
This was a great introduction to Paris history and made a great collective overview and provided context. We have visited Paris many times so though it was probably a waste of time - we were so wrong!
Accessible via steps down to basement level to be considered. Nice little souvenir/ gift area and chance to but a nice coffee.
Film itself was fantastic. Go even if you think you know it all already.
