The 400-year old home of a great playwright, just a few steps away from the old market, is worth a quick visit. Enough of the old house has been preserved to give one a feeling for what it was like, and there are a few exhibits about the great man. We had difficulty finding it because it was unlike the phot in tripadvisor. There is no garden.

I spoke with several people at the Tourist office about this museum. One said he thought it best if you have a reservation to see it (although neither the museum website or any other place I found information about said anything about reservations), and then called them, was unable to get anybody on the phone, and then declared that he thought the museum's workers might be on strike, and we should try it again in a few days (btw, to our knowledge there was no strike going on in France that day).
A few days later, we spoke to a different person in the Tourist office, and they said, no problem, it will be open today. We walked over there, and it was closed. I double-checked the schedule, including the posted hours on the museum's door. It should've been open, but it wasn't.
So if anyone gets in and can tell us what's the trick, I'd be happy to know.
