I needed to find a hotel as I had to spend a night in Paris due to flight cancellations. The staff was very friendly and made reservations for me. The hotel that they pointed me to was a very good choice overall. The staff also provided me with maps and travel advice.

I know the French are known for not being polite but if you work in the information booth you should be willing to help. If you can't stand people find another job. The woman was not busy but seemed very bothered(rolling her eyes) that we asked her where the check in was. She pointed up. The place is 5 stories. A floor number wold have been suffice.

On May 26 2015, I paid €10.45 for a RER B ticket to Paris and €14.70 for a carnet of 10 Metro tickets at the Tourist Information counter in Terminal 2C. The fares are €10 and €14.40 respectively. So there is a surcharge. For two train tickets and two carnets, I paid a surcharge of €1.5. It was not much, but I could have avoided paying it by buying at the ticket machine if I knew that there is surcharge. I asked why the price was higher than what I have found. I was told that fare changes all the time. I believed him at the time and later found that a carnet still costs €14.40.
Any surcharge should have been posted clearly. Not even this is not done, the staff lied.
