Good selection of shops but got a £60 pound parking charge for 3 hours 26mins. We were looking for furniture and had a quick coffee. Not having the time to look properly means we wont be buying from there in future. I did try to complain direct to the retail park but found it impossible to get a customer service address so assume they're not too bothered about customer satisfaction.

Not a bad place to go but not much of a browsing area. Made worse due to the nature of the traffic lights which means it can be difficult to get out:

Had multiple shops to visit that were conveniently all on this site, plus lunch arranged at Nando’s with some friends. I live 20 miles away. Visited Homebase, Costa, Pets at home, Halfords and then went for lunch with Friends. I’d even moved my car from outside one of the shops to outside Nando’s so not to inconvenience other people. I didn’t see any signs and couldn’t see anywhere to pay for parking. I have now received a £60 fine because I went over 3hrs. I have looked at their website and cannot find out what to do if parking longer than 3hrs. I hadn’t even realised 3hrs had passed. It was lunch time after all and I wasn’t hurrying my friends to eat. I’ll never use this place again as do not feel signs were clear enough, I’m sure there are some, and with the types of shops you could easily be there for a long time.

Good value but terrible access. Choice of shops could be better but overall better than going to Medway area for electrical goods.

This retail park is very good for furniture bedding do it yourself and food. There is plenty of parking. The Homebase is handy and good for most things and garden products and the other shops for electrical etc. There is even a toy shop and Nandos etc. There are no clothes or shoe shops which I feel it lacks.

60 pound parking charge for a visit to costa coffee, and an appointment at wren kitchens which took over 3 hours, plus the coffee time 3 hours 55 minutes
the parking times have been changed to accommodate the business's and customers max stay 3 hours for free. suggestion dont go to wren if they cant plan your kitchen under 3 hours. another example of rip of Britain

I visited the Oak Furniture Land store at the beginning of March and was unaware of parking limitations, I did not see the parking condition signs, I parked in a disabled bay and displayed the requisite Blue Badge, I have now received a parking fine of £60. What is more annoying I am unable to contact anyone at the retail park to query where the parking signs are displayed. I would think twice before returning. 3 hours is not long enough when conducting lengthy business at one store.
