This was a very nice canoa trip down one of the cleanest rivers in Europe. The guides were passionate and knowledgeable. The waters unbelievably fresh and clean. Animals and plants all around. Very enjoyable.
Only thing that may be improved in my view is the group of people was too large. I would have e noted much more if we were on our own with a guide (as it was the case in 2016) rather than as a part of a group of 20 other canoes. Also some of the key speeches by the leader may have been more concise.

Good activity to do with the family. The guide was good at involving adults and kids and gave us some very good information about wolf, deer, wild pigs, owl and fawn.
at the end of the guided tour we had a nice pic-nic outside the visitor centre.
The people who worked in the centre were very helpful and professionals.

We made the canoe trip for the second time. First time was in 2017, our kids were then 7, 9 and 11. Now, for year later, it was great to enjoy the cool/cold water and views of the countryside. Suitable for all ages, great break-out from a hot beach-holiday.

We ebiked from Castel del Monte to Santo Stefano to Rocco Calascii with our guide Aurelio. Powerful ebikes in great condition, Aurelio was friendly, helped us understand this areas history and helped along the trail as needed. The scenery and sites are fantastic. Off the beaten path and well worth the effort. Enjoy!

Splendid day, the highlight of our family trip to Abruzzo. Our kayak guide (Marco) was friendly, helpful and very knowledgeable, pointing out to details (birds, trees, water plants, etc) that we could have barely spotted - or paid attention to - had we been on our own. The trip ended with a (quick) swim in the freezing water of the river, near the Capodacqua lake. Very refreshing!

This was an amazing way to experience the beauty of Abruzzo! We had a group of 10 people, including 4 young children, ages 6-11. The guides were all very patient with us. They each had a lot of knowledge and information to share that made the experience even better. It was not difficult and was very peaceful and beautiful.

Fantastic Experience made even better by our wonderful tour guide Manuel! Riding the Trabocchi Coast of Abruzzo on an E Bike is an absolute Must Do! Having the beautiful Abruzzo coast constantly in sight is spectacular! The Green Way Bike path is just perfect and goes on for many kilometers. You will not be disappointed! Manuel explain all of the history behind the creation of the Trabocchi in such detail enabling us to learn so much about the Abruzzese culture and traditions. Thank You Manuel for a most memorable experience!

Our canoe trip on the Tirino river was wonderful. The guides were very well informed on the river and its important role as a natural habitat and were also great fun to spend time with. We spent 2 hours immersed in nature along this gem of a river. Highly recommended (especially if you can go off-season: on a week day in June there were just the three of us and it was heaven).

Great gentle canoeing with guided down the Trimo river, so clear you can see straight down five meters.
Guides spoke all languages with English common.
Kids got to paddle the canoes as well plus we’re all took a dip in the water!
Put on SPF in summer, wear a swim suit under your clothes so you can swim and take plenty of photos.

This is for Il Bosso staff -- our group of 12 hikers from eastern Long Island has received an itinerary from you (through our travel agent) for a guided hike in Sulmona and Majella National Park. A few questions:
1) Will your guides be proficient in English?
2) We are all over 70 but in good shape -- but some better than others. Will there be two guides so that one group can move more quickly and the other slower?
3) The plan is for us to have lunch every day -- which might mean a light dinner -- are there restaurants in Sulmona and in Majella National Park -- or if not will we have transportation to get outside the park?
4) The canoe trip that has been described sounds delightful. Is it possible we could include that and/or substitute that for part of our trip?
Thank you very much -- our group has been together in the Algarve, in the Dordogne and in Banff/Calgary National Parks and we are hoping for another memorable trip in Italy.

Visited the area in August. Did the can-o-a tour - wonderful. Not a 'big' tour destination - some guides spoke English, some did not. Sulmona is a small city. Plenty of restaurants. Have fun

- se è possibile prenotare per oggi stesso

- se il parcheggio auto è custodito.
- se in loco c’è un area dì ristoro o area
pic-nic.
