Located very close to the main square, this is a small church that is worth visiting - not to mention there is no entry fee.
The outside is probably worth a few photos (if you find a moment without other tourists), whilst the inside is interesting. Not the prettiest of churches in the Czech Republic but worth spending a few minutes to take in.

Not surprisingly Cesky Krumlov has a church to St. Vitus (as I think nearly every town does). But this one has taken 500 years to build and really is exceptionally pretty on the inside. It appears gothic in style (like large central naive) but also has elements of other styles throughout the ages. It’s not exceptionally large and one can have a good viewing of the church in about 30 minutes, so it definitely is worth a peek in while in Cesky Krumlov.

This is a mandatory church stop while in town, but having seen so many churches on our vacation, this one did not rise to the level of must see - wow. Still, worth a poke inside for a few pictures. Can’t miss it since centrally located.

The Church is very beautiful and peaceful! It’s quite bigger than what I expected. It’s a bit dark in there but very quiet which I liked.
The altar was very big and really took my breath away.
It’s diffidently one of prettiest churches I have seen.

The Church of St. Vitus is located close to the main square.
It is quite small but still worth visiting.
This church has interesting architecture from the early 1300s.

Situated in the historic center of Cesky Krumlov, the location of this church is one of its better qualities. It's very peaceful inside (or at least it was when we went, as we were the only ones there--the benefit of visiting in low season), and it's probably prettier on a sunny day (we went in the evening).

The church is in a lovely position, near the main square. It is worthwhile to visit it because it is in Cesky Krumlov's center but not for its architecture. Inside, it is nice but nothing special.

One of the most famous buildings in Cesky Krumlov is located on a hill above the Vltava in the historic center of the city. It offers a beautiful view from the bridge over the Vltava. The temple is included in the list of UNESCO sites in the Czech Republic and is a national cultural monument of the Czech Republic.

The church is majestic reflecting the prosperous times of this once superpowerful town. Decorations are great and the grace of the place is touching.

The Church of St. Vitus is open daily and admission is free. Cannot remember the hours, but we went during the day. Takes about 15- 20 minutes to view.

THANK YOU

We were not subjected to a fee, but I believe I left a donation as I was leaving the church. It was a donation, not a mandatory fee.
