Awesome place for kids and young adults who want to experience joy of jumping off the walls and feeling of flying.

We took our boys and friends to Sky Zone, it was reasonably priced in my opinion, with seemingly adequate supervision. Traffic outside of the location is horrible so plan to arrive early, and buy your tickets online ahead of time. This saved a lot of time!

This place is a rip-off!!!! They train their workers to give as less as possible answers to customer’s question. Went for a party and they charged parents a jump fee to watch their kids. These kids were under the age of 6 so they had to have a chaperone. When the charge was questioned and I asked for a detailed receipt I was told they could not give me one. If you overcharge me $100.00 at least show me what I’m paying for!!!!!! Don’t waste your time, go to urban air instead!

My Wife was attempting to book online for the lock-in and saw that they didn’t offer a military discount online. So she called. She spoke to a manager, who told her, we only offer those on location. We’ll put your name on the list and you can pay when you get here, just show your military ID. Well, when we get there, we’re told they’re ‘sold out’. The ‘manager’ Eric, was the most unprofessional person I’ve ever met. Hes lucky he ran back inside to be protected by security. He’ll definitely get rude with the wrong person one day and regret it. He shouldn’t be in that line of work, much less in that position. Don’t worry, I don’t want anything for free. We’ll never be back.
The kids have been looking forward to this since June 5th, when we received the email. If we would’ve been told to pay online, that’s what we would’ve done. All we get is a ‘sorry we’re sold out’ and a bunch of attitude.

When in open/free jump we were confined to one square. For the amount of money paid I should have bought my own trampoline since we only got to stay in one square. We got to play dodgeball once in the two hours of being there because there were no other adults to play. We will never return as we were not told before paying that we would not be able to jump throughout the free jump and that we would not be able to jump with our kids. You also have to buy "sky socks" which is an extra cost.

This is, by far, the worst example of business management in Henry county. This location will nickel and dime you to death while having you deal with HS kids as customer service representatives. They don't monitor kids and don't make parents keep rowdy kids under control. Employees are busy talking and flirting and not watching your children. Every time we've come to this location, we see the same issues. The Sky Zone in Newnan is a much better venue and everybody should avoid this location.
If you've ever been to the Lake Dow McDonalds...this business is as poorly run as that.

I visited this skyzone in Mcdonough Georgia in the hopes of spending quality time with my family only to have my night end in harassment, death threats, and assault. Upon walking in I immediately witnessed the officer massaging the shoulders of a young high-school girl. Later on one of the young men working there approached me starting an issue taking his shirt off saying he made more money, wanted to fight and he would kill me. The officer on duty OFFICER PETERS then proceeded to grab and assault me and my cousin even after being told we were not the aggressors. This location is full of unprofessional high school students with no streets smarts, manners, or respect as employees and a corrupt officer. I hope these employees are handled and the rest better trained so something like this never happens again.
