Beautiful family run vineyard and delicious wines!
We LOVED our tour and wine tasting at I Pastini! The grounds are beautiful and have a great view of the nearby town of Locorotondo! After walking through the grounds and seeing where they make and package the wines you'll be taken to the wine tasting room. All of their wines are delicious and they even serve light snacks for you to munch on during the tasting. We had so much fun and learned a lot about the family who runs the winery and their history. We loved the wine so much we bought a few bottles to enjoy on our trip and shipped a box home as well. They will ship pretty much anywhere and I think their prices are very reasonable! Highly recommend a visit here if you are in the area! It is close to both Locorotondo and Alberobello so could be worked into a day trip!

    A great wine tasting experience!
This was a wonderful family owned winery. Our tour group had an excellent tour and tasting with snacks. The tour and tasting were done so professionally, the facility was beautiful and the wines were delicious..many unusual varietals. I sent wine back to the United States. Would recommend visiting...especially if you are continuing your travels in Italy...you can stock up wine for your trip!

    Brilliant tour and tasting
Brilliant walk around the vineyard and winery with excellent explanations of the grape varieties and how they become wine. Generous tasting of 5 different wines with accompanying nibbles. Great way to spend a few hours.

    Excellent wine tasting
We had a great couple of hours here having a little tour followed by a tasting of five wines with a few typical Italian snacks. Our tour guide was very helpful and informative and we enjoyed the wines enough to order a case to be shipped home! Would recommend!

    Worthwhile experience.
Visited the ‘I Pastini’. Vineyard on trip to Puglia. Had the wine tasting experience while there. The whole visit was wonderful. Ordered a case of my preferred wine as a result. Order arrived on time and in perfect condition. Highly recommended.

    Nice tour and wonderful tasting!
I've been on a few winery tours and can say that this one ranks up there with some of my favorites. The educational part of the tour was informative and yet, not too long. The way the tasting was set up with the table/benches was very well done. I enjoyed all of the wines and the little snacks that accompanied them. The staff was helpful in answering questions during the tasting. I ordered some wine which arrived in good shape and in a timely manner. Would definitely tour this site again if I was in the area.

    Great wine tour and tasting
I Pastini is a small vineyard next to Martina Franca. We had a tour of the vineyard and of the wine-making process, with detailed explanations in English. We were then offered 5 kinds of wine to taste, from their own production, along with a small plate of local appetizers. The wines are of very good quality, very affordable pricing, it's too bad they don't export to Canada :-) Warmly recommended!

So boring. So I am an amateur wine nerd and this was the second worst winery tour i think I've ever done. The tour was dull and the wine was the definition of average. They squeeze you into these tiny chairs with assigned seating like you are back at school and give you entry level wine and expect you to be excited about it. Avoid. It wasn't bad wine it just wasn't good. Far better options in Puglia.

Gianni

I visited I Pastini with a group. We received a warm welcome and I very much enjoyed the tour of the winery, the professional explanations and enthusiasm of the local guide. Afterwards we had a small wine tasting with different snacks. I didn’t know the wines from this region and was very pleasantly surprised. They only use local grapes for their wines. I ordered a dozen bottles and they were delivered a few days later in Belgium packaged safely.

We visited I Pastini in September 2022, while on a food and wine tour of Puglia. They've put a lot of money invested into making their wines, technology and marketing. Puglia hasn't really been known as a tourist destination, as a lot of Puglia wines were produced in bulk and shipped to other regions to fortify wines. Now, more and more wineries have converted to making their own.

The farm there is small compared to some others but very beautiful, located on top of a hill. There's always a breeze, so take a jacket if it cool. The wine tasting takes place in a well appointed and updated tasting center, which included some light snacks, as it usually does in Italy when you enjoy a cocktail or wine.

We've just received our case of wine we ordered and it's very pleasing wine. From Puglia's version of Rose to full bodied Primitivo, all the wines we tasted were very good. From there it's a short drive to Locorotondo, which is a lovely hilltop town, whitewashed buildings and great food and shopping...

We loved our visit to Puglia and can't wait to return again...and we'll be ordering more wine from I Pastini as soon as we finish this case! Ciao!

We thoroughly enjoyed our tour of the vineyard, estate and traditional trulli. It was very well organised and Covid secure too. The wine tasting was very good and informative. There was no pressure to buy but we loved the reds so much that we ordered a case to be sent home for us at a very reasonable cost. We pre-booked our visit. Thank you to the staff who were professional, friendly and knowledgeable. I asked I Pastini staff for recommendations of local restaurants to visit in Locorotondo, Martina Franca and Alberobello. We visited all three they recommended and enjoyed some great meals in wonderful locations. Thank you

We were able to book a last-minute tour of the winery and the old masseria, followed by wine tasting accompanied by some nice snacks. The people there were very friendly and welcoming. The wines were very good and at a very reasonable price, so of course we had to take some home :-)

My husband and I are natives of Italy but live in the USA. It was our first time in Puglia region and loved it. This winery was very pretty clean and all grapes are organic no chemicals , which was very impressive to me. The tour and wine tasting was very nice and informative and the price was very reasonable. I would definitely recommend checking it out if in the area.

We did a wine tasting here. Ilaria (our host) gave good information. She showed us the vineyards, the trulli where the family used to live and the production space. We tasted five wines combined with antipasti. For me they made a gluten free antipasti plate, I was really happy with that! It is possible to ship boxes of wine so you don’t have to carry them in your luggage. For the Netherlands shipping costs are €25,- for the first box and if you want more boxes it’s +€10,- per box.
