Very nice church, the double facade is due to the extension made in 1914.
The first church was built in 14th century beside the monastery destroyed .
Beautiful the statues on the top of facade.
Inside with one big square nave with ceiling frescoes.
Main altar with beautiful statues and a painting depicting martyrdom of Saint Andrew .

This church is so lovely. Not massive, but quaint & very pretty - perched up on the hill at the top of Brunate. Reached by funicular & a small walk. The outside is very beautiful, but the inside is sensational. I was amazed - this was the first church I went inside on our trip to Italy, and it made a huge impression. Loved this very much.

If you are in Brunate take the time to visit the church. It isn't large but it's very beautiful from the inside and only a short walk from the railway.
The church dates back originally from the fourteenth century. Also a thing to note is the old pipe organs which date back to the start of the nineteenth century.

Located close to the funicolare station in Brunate this is quite a modest church compared to some in the Como area. Nevertheless, its frescoes are worth seeing.

A very short walk from the top of the funicular train from Como. Really nice inside and great views from outside.

Lovely little church in Brunate worth spending time to admire the interior, remember to look up at the ceiling and it is so peaceful.

Looking over Lake Como from beautiful Brunate, this really lovely church is quiet as a mouse, a perfect place to reflect on how lucky I felt to be somewhere so stunning.

This church is beautiful inside and out. It was lovely to take a calm moment in the middle of a busy day and venture inside. Soak up the cool atmosphere ... great on a hot afternoon... listen to the calming music and look up at the murals!
