Avoid the crowd and navigate to Camping Sa Prama. For €5 you can park your car in the shade of the pine trees on the camping site. Spiaggia Sa Prama is only 50 metres away and was the loveliest beach we visited on Sardinia. Even on this Saturday afternoon in September, it was not crowded at all. Instead there was a nice mix of families, young and older people. Plenty of room on the white sand or in the shade underneath the trees. The water was warm and crystalline: you could see the fish swimming around your feet. Bring your snorkel to discover the fish between the rocks. There are no facilities on this part of the beach, but you could walk up to the far left to get what you need, or do like us and bring your own food and drinks. I truly enjoyed this beach and would recommend it to all. Far, far better than all the overrated so-called tropical beaches that are advertised everywhere.

we arrived at cala liberotto in the late morningtime and were astonished that no many people were arround, because we heard that the beach is high frequentated during high season. the beach has more different small beach sections, which are separated from each other by beautiful red rock formations and cliffs. these areas are perfect for norkeling and the offer of mediterrian underwater wild is very various. watershoes are necessary, because the rocks are slippery and sometimes sharp-edged. further sea urchines are located there.
the beach itself is sandy and slopes gently to the sea and so cala liberotto is very nice for families with small children. the water is crystalclear and presentes all shades of blue and green. there are nearly no waves, because the beach sections are protected by the red cliffs around.
further there are no shadowzones on the beach and it is absolutely necessary to have an umbrella and sun protection in your beach luggage.
because some shops and minimarkets are located near the parking area it is not absolutely necessary to bring food and drinks, but about the prices in these shops we cannot give any information.
a beachbar we didn´t saw on cala liberotto, a toilette we missed also.
we can recomment cala liberotto very much. we had a perfect stay there in a relaxed and quiet atmosphere.

Very rocky beach, parking situation is fine, local shops nearby. I would not recommend this beach, it is really not the prettiest and the sand was dirty.

I loved this beach. It does not have sand but the underwater beauty is stunning! There is a little spot where can dive off this low cliff. Bring mask, and if you like sea urchins there are plenty on the rock a little bit further away and they are simply delicious
