In this museum you are personally guided for much of it. My guide spoke some English, but for each room there were A4 sheets (various languages) explaining things in detail. I liked the four classrooms showing education through the ages and under each conqueror. Also there is a great archeology exhibit, one on bugs, another on minerals, one on ethnography, and a ladder to the castle tower.

The castle and museum are not often open so check before you go. We had a individual guide speaking excellent English showing us around for over a hour for about £1.50 p
Amazing value for money.

Must say the Museum and Castle where interesting. I am one who normally gets bored of listening to the history after thirty minutes. However This place was interactive and I Enjoyed it.
The Mammoth bones and collection were good.
So if your unfortunate enough to be in Prerov and its raining. This is the place to go. Well the only place to go.
