Beautiful sculpture park and art gallery tucked away in rolling Herefordshire countryside. Definitely worth visiting. Stunning scenery and works of art around every corner. We loved it. Great coffee and homemade cake....delicious.

Lovely artists' work to have a look round. The lady is so lovely, I had a chat with her about the local.
It is in the central of town and the scenery is beautiful from upstairs in the gallery.

A very pleasant and informative walk around the village which takes up to 2 hours. You move from one information board to another. Some of the boards are quite small and difficult to find , you really need to print off a map before hand in order to know where you are going, particularly as some of the directions to the next board are ambiguous particularly as all the arrows on the boards point in the same direction. O course you can only see the houses described for the outside and so the walk is best done on a dry day. Pity one of the highlights is the Church which is currently closed.

A nice little gallery. Also has artists bits. Generally find things that are tempting to buy. Very friendly and helpful staff. Card payment connection can be a bit hit and miss sometimes but you can always get cash out for free at the Co op cash machine 5 mins away.

The Artistree Gallery is above the Heritage Centre and is accessed by a narrow stairway in the back corner of the Centre. The roof structure is impressive and the gallery is worth a visit even if you are not interested in Art. They have a wide range of paintings, some of which I liked very much, as well as ceramics.

We called into the cafe on our way into Hereford and I managed to pop into the gallery to see the artwork on display. It is only small but there was a very interesting mix of work by eight artists including paintings, ceramics, collographs, sculpture and the jewellery artist was there in person to discusss her work with visitors. The cafe next door was very busy too and not surprising as the staff were all kept very busy serving delicious homemade food and excellent coffee. Well worth a visit if you’re in the area!

Aardvark Books were extremely accommodating with our large group of cyclists. We had delicious coffee and cake and the stop provided a welcome break on the Charity Ride. Thank you.

Really friendly & engaging staff delivering relaxed service with no hard sell.

Good atmosphere and great range of work from a number of artists & makers mostly local but some from further afield. So there's something for most tastes & pockets.

Where else can you pick up a Christmas tree ornaments (cute penguin) turned out by the gallery owner & 'Gerald' our new addition pictured?

Definitely on our list of must visits in Hereford.
