We spent a happy afternoon at the immersive theatre escape game. Actors set the scene and enable you to solve puzzles to resolve the "problem". The "cast" were great and the puzzles were intriguing without being impossible. I cannot recommend this too highly. The game can be done in English or French: it's great fun

Very delighted this landmark old-style cinema is still going strong. Having some time to pass on a Sunday afternoon in Paris before catching a flight we got in line with a large group of people to catch the Le Mans showing. Good to be among fellow enthusiasts with a shared obsession for independent cinema. Add to that the comfortable seats, giant curved screen (no popcorn, that was audible or odoriferous (?) in any case, admission about a bargain at 1.0€, and a can of Lipton 3.0€.

We settled into the back row of the ground based 268-seat orchestra for a quick getaway; there are 2 other levels, a mezzanine and finally a smaller balcony level. The cinema's screen, 18m wide, is one of the largest in France (Europe?) and the group of cinephile owners deserve credit and support for the cinema's restoration.

In summary, a friendly atmosphere and a nice way to pass few hours in Paris - the danger, in our case, was of staying on too long and missing our flight!

A must see event. The perfect event to go to for Halloween with friends. Tons of jokes, the cast is incredibly funny and friendly.

The theatre is lovely, staff are friendly and the show was great. My 7yo and 9yo had a brilliant time, so did the nostalgic grown ups!

The cinema is located at the small street on the way to Sacre Coeur (Montmatre hills), which make it special from the very beginning. Friendly staff, climate bar, and the atmosphere of the old-style cinema makes the visit really unique. We recommend to see a French movie with English subtitles - great ocassion to feel French for a while as a foreigner ;)

First reaction is to admit I didn't realise how big it was. We originally accessed the globe by way of the theatre, not knowing it was open at the back had we of walked around the theatre. Didn’t really matter as the security staff at the theatre were very approachable and friendly.

We visited when it was cloudy so probably missed out how stunning it could have been had the sun been out to provide more reflections. Even without the sun it was a memorable visit which I would consider doing again.

Entrance is free even if you go through the theatre. If you exit from the rear and turn left you’ll come across the Argonaute, a French submarine which is open to visitors all days except Mondays and national holidays. We were there on a bank holiday monday so didn't get to see inside :-(

Friday afternoon was made so much more special by attending a movie screening in one of the special cinema spaces in this Art Deco Egyptian styled building.
Post screening one is able to attend the Roof Top Balcony beside the Bar.
Food is served, if desired, to accompany the drinks.
We settled for Rose and Jambon with roquet and mini gerkins salad.

It was delightful - full of atmospphere - taking one far away from the bustling city below!
Careful searching of the view and , yes, there was historic Sacre Coeur, behind one of the nearby tall apartment buildings.

    What a treat!

This is a very very good cinema house: comfortable, only original soundtracks and....
on saturday evening at 6 or 7PM, about once a month, there is a broadcast of an Opera live from the MET.
Yesterday, they gave "Cosi fan tutte" and it was breathtaking. It almost felt as being there!

Went and saw Captain Marvel here and I really enjoyed my time here. Great interior, and loved the fact that there was a library and DVD shop attached also. My only gripe is that the staff could have been more friendly.

This brand new cinema north of the 10th and 19th arrondissements and near the new Millenium shopping center is clean and has the latest films in original language with French subtitles. Avoid the bar and snack counter which are, predictably, expensive. If you’re in the area, it’s a great place to waste a couple hours.

The Place Denfert-Rochereau is a small area in Paris where the Catacombs are located with a giant Lion statue in the middle of the square, smaller statues nearby and bordered by lots of little cafes.

A nice place to have a look if you’re in the area - not if you’re not in the area.
