What travelers are saying
- rikkirokkitbarcelona8 contributionsWe are in lockdown now for almost 6 weeks and the wonderful chaps at Edge have given us an amazing service and made lockdown a better experience. If order early even same day delivery straight from the cold room of the brewery. We are working our way through all of the beers and while we have personal faves all are extremely well made. A good range of styles and flavours that are always well balanced (and Less important but also good concepts and designs for each beer). Top marks to Edge. 10/10 Cheers!Written April 21, 2020This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. Tripadvisor performs checks on reviews.
- marc lBarcelona, Spain2 contributionsI had a great experience while visiting the Birra08 workshop. The amount of knowledge the tour guides taught us was insane, and the beer was excellent.
Extremely recommended for all groups of people, be it foreigners or local people!Written August 11, 2020This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. Booked as part of my many months long 50th birthday celebrations… we were lucky enough to have a one-to-one session with Ros and have always wanted to have a tapas cooking lesson. Dishes cooked included mussels ceviche, croquetas, fideua de calamari and magdalenas.
All beautifully explained by Ros, a really warm and friendly atmosphere, and a great kitchen facility to work in.
A wonderful experience in an easy to access location, after which we had a refreshing stroll along the beach (a 5 minute walk away).Written November 11, 2023This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. The place is simply amazing, the chef giving the taller was full of cooking tips and tricks and the whole dynamic with the group was very fun and relaxed. And last but not least, the meal was delicious! :)
I would absolutely recommend the tallers at ROC35, whether you go alone or in a group its a lot of fun, you learn some interesting things you don't find in a book or on a website and you get to know new people.... and all that at an amazing location!!Written February 22, 2019This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. Susana took us to venues in and out of the city with the perfect blend of cozy yet masterful flavors.
I assure you, this is the tour you’re looking for.Written March 15, 2024This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. Our tour guides Remco and Esther, were excellent guides and shared their passion for Barcelona with us. We fell in love with the city by visiting Sagrada Familia, seeing the view from Museu Nacional d'Art de Catalunya and the amazing architecture found on the Passieg de Gracia,,,it was a great day. Our visit to a seaside winery with Esther the next day was an excellent finish to our time in Europe...wine-tasting as we overlooked the vineyards with the ocean in the distance was a wonderful experience. Both tours were provided in wheelchair accessible vans and allowed us to have stress-free sight-seeing!Written September 22, 2019This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. - Knightlys F1 contributionA fantastic experience that our group of 7 girls absolutely loved! We took our own food and drink and connected music to the speaker supplied. Being able to swim was great and the driver was brilliant. Would fully recommend!Written September 12, 2023This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. - Trail6919292 contributionsI had the best experience eatwith Peter vivant ! The best time ever. I went to this special night with 7 ? Or 8 Asian fusion / traditional Chinese mixed of dishes and they are all delicious. WOW and it was so funny and we had a great laugh. This is a share table thing and I got to meet with a few people from different countries and couple of locals, we even hang out after dinner and went to a bar near by to continued our fun conversation. If you are in Barcelona. You must give this a try. Vivant is special and his food is yummy. Better than any so called stars restaurant. Best Barcelona experience I will always remember. Love it ! I don't know why I can't find his name here tho.Written January 17, 2023This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. - Scott W5 contributionsMarianna and Gerard planned our entire 2 day Priorat experience, and it far exceeded everything we could have hoped for. The beauty of the Priorat is stunning, and the wines are fantastic, but the history and the human warmth we experienced during our stay made this trip unforgettable.
Two unexpected experiences are only a small portion of the many memories we will take home. 1 - We spent the morning leisurely drinking spectacular wines at Clos de l’Obec with Carles Pastrana, one of the “Magnificents” responsible for the modern restoration of the potential of Priorat wines. 2 - after having mentioned that we served Nit de Nin to our family at Thanksgiving dinner the week before, we were surprised during our lunch by a visit from the charming Ester Nin, the wine’s co-owner and head winemaker. All arranged by Gerard.
We will return to el Priorato, and we will work with no one other than Mariana and Gerard. They were kind, professional and supremely knowledgeable about the product and place. They made this an unforgettable experience.Written November 30, 2018This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. Tripadvisor performs checks on reviews.
