Tim Bikes are very easy to deal with. Great communication during the booking process and leading up to the day. Gabrielle was a brilliant guide whose company we all enjoyed - really knowledgeable with a great way of sharing the history and stories of Madrid past with us all. The tapas at the end of the tour was a perfect way to round it all off. Thank you

We visited as a family of four (2 adults and 2 children aged 9 and 11). I must admit I had fairly low expectations but was pleasantly surprised. The kids absolutely loved it and so did the adults! It was great to be able to interact with the displays and some of them were just mind boggling! We paid about 45 euros for a family ticket and it took us about 90 minutes to go round the whole thing. If you’ve got some spare time and need to entertain the kids by having a break from sightseeing then I’d definitely recommend it.

I´m so happy I did this hike! It was nice to get outside the city and talk with a local about Madrid and Spain in general. Marcos gave very good instructions on how to get to Cercedilla. The hike was beautiful and he gave us interesting history along the way, we got to pet some wild horses and a mule, drink fresh spring water. After, we got fresh bread from a local and ate at this hidden gem of a restaurant. This was one of my favorite things I did while in Madrid, highly recommended!
