- jaynebrad54Cupar, UK101 contributionsThis site is number 7 on the guide you get to all 7 sites like this in this area. Site number 6, Nuraghe di Prisgioni also very good. There are also sites 4 and 5 near but these haven't very much to see! You pay for each site!!!!!Written May 20, 2022This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. Tripadvisor performs checks on reviews.
- IlyaNJMarlboro, NJ1,010 contributionsThis is a smallish archaeological site in the middle of Sardara, dominated by the compact 11th-century church built on top of nuraghe. Some outlines of the prehistoric settlement are visible; the most interesting component is the sacred well, with an unexpectedly large water basin. Probably the least impressive overall of the half a dozen nuraghi that we’ve seen around Sardinia, but not without interest if you are in the area.Written September 7, 2023This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. - Alec DSeattle, WA2,743 contributionsOne of my favorite things so far on my visit to Sardinia. The site is located 6k off the coastal road that goes between Alghero and Bosa. We found it by accident on our drive back to Alghero. It is definitely worth a visit.Written September 29, 2019This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. Tripadvisor performs checks on reviews.
- SelbyDaleSaint Paul, MN208 contributionsIf you are interested in archeology, and especially know the works of Marija Gimbutus and her studies on the representations of the goddess, this is a destination for you. There is also another stone near this menhir with cup marks. Certainly this was a sacred area. GPS will bring you to this site, and as others mentioned, the gate to the B&B where it is located will be open.Written October 8, 2023This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC.
