Keukenhof Gardens was absolutely gorgeous and we were there the very last day of the season. So worth seeing. The bus trip and our very informative guide kept us all on schedule. We had plenty of time for all that we visited along with Keukenhof.
We had an amazing time on our cruise. Our tour guide/captain was Far…he did a great job of keeping fun, informative and lively. We were given detailed historical facts that intrigued our desire to learn more about the city as well as he did a great job of sprinkling in humor to keep it interesting. I highly recommend this canal cruise.
Our Guide Linus was friendly and pretty well informed about all relevant aspects. In addition to that he tried to make the tour as interesting as possible, well done!
This tour was a huge highlight of my trip in Amsterdam. The captain, Erik, interweaves the history of the city with personal history, as well as well-timed humor. The food is nice, we were all warm enough on a chilly evening, and the pacing was excellent. It’s more expensive than a lot of Amsterdam tours, but was really worth it!
Highly recommend! Our guide Pascal was amazing! He was incredibly knowledgeable about all things Netherlands! He was very engaging, intelligent and interesting to talk with. I like how he catered each tour to the individual group. The stops on the tour gave us a good variety and insight into not only the local food but the local culture as well.
This is the best way to experience the city. Flip (spelling) took us on an adventure. Up and over canals, streets, through the park. Stopped often to provide insight to the area of the city we were in. Great variety and so worth it! Saw far far more and learned more in a short period of time we had in the city.
We had a wonderful afternoon with Gerard. Such a lovely human and we loved learning about food, history and culture from a native. No food duds on this tour. Everything was delicious! Thank you!
This seven-hour day trip took us to a fascinating outdoor museum with historic buildings and windmills, the charming town of Edam, a family-owned cheese factory which included demos of both cheese making and clog making (and lots of tastes!), a harbor side village and a former fishing village. Our guide Laura was knowledgeable and helpful. We could never have seen all these sights so easily on our own and in such a short time.
Loved the gardens! The flowers were vibrant and the varieties seemingly endless. I hadn't expected them to be planted in such beautiful displays/patterns.
The bus ride was fine; heavy traffic around the site delayed us, but it would have been far worse if we'd tried to go on our own.
She took us to a great part of town and found the best food places. Lovely canal ride too! She picked a great selection of food and was very knowledgeable and lovely!
