A very relaxing and soothing experience! My husband and I were able to book a couples massage by email for the same day we inquired. They were very prompt to respond by email and were very friendly and welcoming upon our arrival. We found the spa clean and professional. Our masseuses were very kind and respectful. Because our massages were done with oil, we were able to shower afterwards right in our massage room. We left feeling refreshed and relaxed. We do recommend RelaxHarmony.

After booking this hotel for one week for ourselves and our daughter in July, we became concerned after reading a mixture of positive and negative (quite old to be fair) reviews.
Even on arrival initially it took some time for us to form our final opinion about the hotel.
Firstly, all the staff were extremely helpful, attentive and friendly and could not do enough to ensure our stay was enjoyable.
The rooms (we had a suite and a garden room) were interesting spacious and very comfortable. They were a little dark, but this was not a problem, in fact it helped the rooms feel nice and cool in the July Puglian heat, The rooms were very clean, with plenty of towels, dressing gowns etc and the bathrooms perfectly functional. What let things down a little was that some of the bathroom fixtures and fittings and room decor (lamps etc) were definitely in need of repair, TLC or replacing. In some ways this added to the hotels quirkiness. The pool, lounging area and pool bar were beautiful, spotless and with plenty of comfortable lounging areas to choose from. The breakfast and restaurant were excellent, all of the food was freshly prepared and along with a wine list of local wines to sample, all meals were very good. The chef explained that all the breakfast pastries and cakes were made there on the premises. The fire pit at night was a relaxing area. There is a beach recommended were hotel guests can go and enjoy a discount. We were pleased to find out about this although it was not publicised and not all hotel staff seemed to know about this. Our stay stretched Wednesday - Wednesday and it was a perfect base from which to explore the coastline south of Lecce. However for relaxing 'pool days' I would definitely recommend avoiding the weekend. The hotel and spa is open to day guests, and at the weekend the pool and restaurant went from a very tranquil haven to busy and bustling. Indeed I must say that we too did enjoy a very good treatment in the spa. All in all we had a marvellous, very comfortable and relaxing stay at Masseria & Spa Luciagiovanni.
Few traveller recommendations - avoid Brindisi, Lecce lovely but very hard to park if going out for the evening, Gallipoli well worth a visit - head south to explore the real south of Italy.
