I've been visiting Prague for 30 years, its a fascinating and beautiful city that's constantly changing, one of the most historic and beautiful district's is Lesser Town .
The Lesser Town ( Lesser Quarter ) is an old district being founded in 1257,its located in the Castle District ( Hradcany) and is such an amazing area ,architecture is unbelievably beautiful, if you start exploring the area from Malostranske Namesti ( Lesser Town Square) you can take in the beautiful buildings that form this square and the stunning St Nicholas Church, great walking area's are found in this district including Petrin Hill and Kampa Island , throughout this district are an amazing amount of pubs, bars, cafe's and restaurants ,its just an amazing district to visit if you're planning a holiday to Prague.

Amazing neighborhood around and below Prague Castle; the architecture and all the colors of the buildings is stunning. Just wandering around the town and looking at all the architectural designs are worth the trip to Prague.

Our hotel, Hilton Prague, was located in the New Town area which was great since we did a lot of walking from the hotel and we covered a lot of the New Town on foot. Very different feel versus the Old Town area of Prague.

Beautiful and interesting part of Prague. This Jewish quarter is quite small , but it is full of synangogues, historical buildings, souvenir shops (first seller with Kafka's t-shirts on market was the best), antique shops and also luxury stores. There are also cafés and trdelnik shops. This place is not so overcrowded like other quarters in Prague center. This Jewish quarter is much better than for example Kazimierz in Krakow. Tickets to synagogues are quite expensive and prices in shops are higher, too.

Prague's Old Town and historic main square goes back to the 12th century. It's big and beautiful, encircled by restaurants, cafes, churches, shops, shops, food stands, and more. The old architecture is amazing, every angle makes for an awesome photo opportunity. Wander the main streets, but venture into the tiny side streets where you'll still find locals and non touristy shops and eateries.

It is very touristy overall, but you can find some locals patronizing some of the businesses and restaurants such as Stridacka and U zlateho Tygra, and taking in live shows at the various theaters.

    Serious safety incident
This street used to be a cool place to experience Prague off the beaten track. Now it has become a self-cliched bastion of be offended by everything identity politics. Those who are not LGBT and vegan are made and told to feel unwelcome and in some instances referred to ask Nazis. I had my genitals groped here by a homoxexual pair in a bar that did not have a rainbow flag flying (or such a sticker on the door) and when I reacted with a WTF? I had a mob of people jump in my face, with fingers pointed screaming "homophobe." there is anything but a friendly and tolerant vibe on most of this street anymore and that is a pity. As an 18-year rsident of Vrsovice it is truly saddening.
