Loved it! Such a great vibe. A lot of food to pick from friendly stage and clearly local and private owned businesses all very different.

I am surprised that this hasn't made it on Trip Advisor as a landmark before because when I came around the corner onto Wenceslas Square I was quite taken aback by the building built in the early 1900s. I found it to be quite beautiful. When looking at places to visit and things to see in advance of my trip Lucerna Palace came up because of a David Cerny sculpture I wanted to photograph and I'd read that it was in the palace (but it isn't, "Wenceslas on an upside down horse" in an arcade lower down the square) but otherwise I don't think I'd have known about the palace and it would have been a shame to miss it. I didn't go in the Palace but I believe it's a concert hall. Wenceslas Square seemed to have more hype than the palace when I was reading around but it was pretty modern with a Starbucks, McDonalds and hotels - nothing noteworthy in the square itself apart from a juggler!

Watched Oppenheimer and had a blast! The screen is so immensely big that it made me feel like an ant. It's more expensive than normal cinema but it is definitely worth for movie fans!

Beautiful old cinema with two screens. The main one is famous for its decorations similar to the best theatres. It's a typical old school place, including the seatings, which could be more comfortable.

We were invited here and didnt know what to expect exactly. There was this older Czech movie "Slavnosti Sněženek", which we really enjoyed. It is not like the big cinemas, where you have got plenty of controls for whatever. This is very basic, but very nice. There is a very good bar in the area before the screen and you can take drinks in the screenplace even and during the movie you can just freely go and grab another drink. In front of the building there is a very nice are to sit and relax, drink with and speak with friends or colleagues and spend a nice time. The athmosphere its very cozy.

As tourists in Prague, we wanted to run away from the overcrowded places and feel a bit of a more genuine atmosphere. We went to this super cool movie theater and has one of our best experiences there. Unfortunately we could not understand the projectionist's speach before the movie as we were not Czech spaekers, but the scene itself was pretty funny!

Even though this is a multiplex, it feels kinda intimate, there's never too many people in there. The cinema is modern and clean, seats are comfy and the picture and sound is of a high quality. The prices for the tickets are reasonable, but the prices of refreshments are way too high (popcorn with soda now costs way more than the tickets!). The popcorn is absolutely delicious though. If you visit Cinema City often, I highly recommend becoming a club member or visiting during summer, when every ticket wins a prize.

Shows a wide range of independent movies, including English language film in English, which is why we popped along on a Saturday night. There’s a cute bar downstairs next to the big cinema - it gets busy so arrive early if you want a drink for the film. You can take your drinks into the cinema - and return your plastic glass to the bar to get your deposit back.

I went to the 2019 Israeli Movie Festival and it was a magical experience. A perfect place for those who enjoy quality movies over box officers.

A ncie bar hidden in the center of prague. Good value for money. Offers tasty pies or other snacks, lemonades and soft drinks that you can't get elsewhere often.Good beer. Non-smoking. Nice place for a meeting with friends. They won't make you feel unwelcome if you hang out too long with small order. Artsy cinema right behind it.

Great place! Such a fun night and a brilliant selection of movies. Well priced for the experience. The snacks were quite expensive but really delicious. It was really hard to find though! Defo need clearer instructions to find it. We were so lost!

The movie hall is in the basement under the bar. Apparently it is possible to take the drinks with you from the bar to the hall which is quite nice. The hall itself is decorated in minimalistic style, everything is red and simple. The screen was medium size and the chairs were comfortable enough. The best thing about the whole experience was the intimate feel, there were no people chewing on tons of popcorns/nachos/chips, nobody slurping last drops of Coke, absolutely none of those mass crowd unpleasantries, just a polite and fine atmosphere. If there's a Hollywood movie when you're in Prague, ask if it is synchronized, and if it's not give it a go, it's definitely worth it.

Cinema City in the Atrium Flora mall feels a bit older and smaller than the other multicinemas in Prague. The room we were in had a small auditorium and a small screen, the lights above our heads were brighter and less modern than in Nový Smíchov or elsewhere and the seats were smaller and less comfortable. The rows were however lower under each other than I am used to, which means that people sitting in front of you won't get in the view. The entrance to the room is still right next to the screen which can be disruptive when someone comes late or goes to the bathroom during the movie - the entrance in a hall underneath the audience has its pros. Other than that the theater is of a good quality, quiet and felt kinda intimate. They make great popcorn and the staff is nice. The theater is clean, fairly big and feels friendly.
