The exterior of the Basilica of St Peter and St Paul is dark and foreboding, but step inside and you are transported. It is like walking into a storybook with floor to ceiling art nouveau murals. I have been in countless churches and cathedrals, but have never seen anything quite like this.
The complete grounds of Vysehrad are fascinating as well and provide beautiful vistas across the river to Prague Castle.

We were pleased to have visited the place where those heroes paid the ultimate price for their bravery.

It is a deeply moving place and the information provided was excellent and very educational.
You really do get to walk through history and feel it.

There is no entry fee as of Feb 24.

This is a must for anyone keen on WW2 history or Prague history in general.

Reasonably priced at approximately £20 for 2 adults. Lots to see. Particularly liked the cars and planes. Need about 3 hours to have a good look around. They have a cafe too. We didn’t use it but it looked ok.

Some nice views of the city on the way up and down. Not the most beautiful park but a nice break from the hustle of the city... also you get to see some of the more communist era buildings on the far side to remind you of the dichotomy of the history of this amazing country. Definetly worth an hour out of your day.

Great museum, really interesting and out of the ordinary. They have really good ideas to explain how cinema is made and create a imaginary. I recommand.

These gardens are so beautiful and peaceful. It is almost like going to a botanical garden and a zoo. We saw many different plants, along with peacocks and owls. We saw the white peacock but not up close. This is a must see if in Prague.

Absolutely beautiful, mystical and full of goodness! Visited in February, a family with children, children liked this place too. Hidden gem.

It is amazing! Unbelievable, how long it was hidden under our feet and how many almost intact and valuable things were found. I would recommend it to everyone visiting Prague. It is just WOW!

Lovely peaceful park set within the castle walls… lots of people wandering around making the most of the weather. A small coffee shop and a cemetery thats got generations of families buried and beautiful memorials. The Basilica is very impressive and beautiful inside . I think it about 60 ck to go inside.

Had a great couple of hours here. It’s really interesting with a lot to read, look at and watch. Could of spent much longer than 2 hours here but there’s so much to see in Prague itself. For a free museum (optional donation) I would highly recommend

Really interesting tour and gives you a real insight into life under the Communist regime. Our tour guide Viktor was very knowledgeable and good fun. Answered all our questions. Recommended.

This was fun! The park itself is beautiful, and most importantly, there was a peacock roaming around. I remember seeing the peacock jump up and down a bush; it added a regal, majestic, and whimsical feeling to the trip. I think kids would really enjoy seeing the peacock. The actual garden itself is also quite beautiful and very easy to pair with the castle.

We turned the corner and and couldn’t see anything, then walking forward a little made us look up and all I can say is wow. A beautiful synagogue I’ve ever seen.

A must see, reading the history and pictures was great.

Having MS it was hard but was well worth it, parts are not accessible if you can’t walk.

Excellent medieval art collection. The deconsecrated cloisters are somehow disappointing, utterly empty and our of context. Some of the exhibit staff is very rude. They rudely scolded me just for explaining the work of art to my kids.

This basilica is absolutely gorgeous inside, and very cheap to enter, I recommend going. The details on the walls are fantastic
