I traveled to Bangkok yearly twice and have never tried their Onsen.
This time Sept 11, I have tried with my husband and it was a good experienced. The environmental already very calming and the staff is very friendly although they can't speak well in English but they are very helpful and tried to understand to your needs. This was great feel!
The Onsen is private to yourselves for 45 mins and the explanation was clearly written inside the room that you will not feel lost if you're first timing trying onsen. After which, follows by an hour of massage.
The price was abit at the higher end but I think it is reasonable.
Recommend.... if you could like to try as this Onsen has a private room to your own.

Heading into the building that the spa is located in, looks modern and clean but not a place u expect to find a spa and onsen place. Stepping into Yumoto, it immediately transported me to Japan.

The staff was so helpful in helping me book the packages for my friends when the website was down.

The onsen are all in private rooms so there is no need to worry about seeing strangers naked there.

Aromatherapy and Thai massage was so good that we were all so refreshed after our early flight to Bangkok!

Highly recommend for couples and friends who wants some privacy and gold massage.

Unlike most of the other massage parlors in Thailand, this is a professional spa offering a wide range of massage & foot treatments. I had a 60 minute Aromatherapy which I can’t recommend enough. The room was private and relaxing, the therapist was professional, experienced and sorted my bad back & neck. Once the treatment was finished, i enjoyed a nice cup of ginger tea and relaxed for the rest of the day. Best massage ever!

My first Onsen experience in Thailand was quite memorable.
I have had the same in Japan but had forgotten what it was called.
This place came highly recommended from a friend so I had to try it.
Tip: Pls make reservation for body treatments much in advance as they get sold out very soon.
They easily have more than 20 treatment rooms but because of the popularity, they are usually booked.
Another tip: Go for Onsen for atleast 1 hour duration. I was there for 30 minutes and regretted. ONce you have had their body treatment, you cannot come back to the Onsen area.
Now what is Onsen: Think of it as a communal bath with various water pools at different temperatures that help body with aches, pains, blood circulation etc.
Apparently they get their water from Japan which is their speciality.
Directions on how to use various water pools are very clearly marked alongwith benefits of that pool.
I felt really relaxed after the combination of hot, cold, very cold and silk water baths. It was a very calming feeling. I was all set to sleep but realised I had booked myself for a body scrub and massage treatment.
The body massage was surely in the top 10 I have ever got. My therapist twisted me like a pretzel and I felt so relaxed and pain relieved. She was very good. I usually prefer a male therapist but they didn't have any available at that time.
    Body scrub was very good.
Will happily come back again when I am in Bkk. This was an experience and I don't mind spending few hours on my next trip.
Will recommend to one and all.
The spa from inside is a sanctuary of calmness and peace. One can spend hours here.

Good experience having a scrub in a outdoor concept some 7 stories high up in an urban city like setting... The wet facilties like hot/cold pools, steam room are gender segregated on different rooms.

Massage treatment rooms were well decorated and comfortable too! Therapist was well trained to give good massage!
