A place for children and families, the park is divided into two zones, Marine Park and Safari world. They have schedules for different animal shows at different times which are quite entertaining but very warm, especially if you have children. Would require a full day to do justice to cover the entire park. Since we had our own rented car and driver, it was a wonderful experience to all the animals like Zebra, Rhino, Giraffe, Lion, Hippo, Tiger, Bear, varieties of birds. It was nice to stop by & see them close for however long we wanted. It took around 45 mins to drive by, slowly & enjoy seeing them. The animals look unhappy though. The dolphin, elephant and orangutan shows were good and funny. They trained the animals well. The place is quite clean, and the buffet lunch was quite good even though there were hundreds of people. The prices of food and drinks were higher than in the city and no one is allowed to take in outside food or water.
It is crowded & packed with school kids. With so many shows, it would have been easier if they planned the show areas right next to each other. They are in different places and the visitors must run from one show to another, searching for the next show area. I think the management have zero limit on ticket sales and there were literally hundreds of people.

Visited the Samutprakan Farm last month July during our Bangkok visit. The farm is good but need to do more maintenance for all departments.
The shows are good but all the shows the masters intentions are just to get extra money from visitors through the animals... specially the elephants....
The train service is really nice for kids.

The snakes were displayed in quite natural habitat. The snake handling demonstration was interesting and informative. I would agree somewhat with critics in that they taunted the cobras a bit to get them to hiss and react. That was my only problem with the demonstration.

The zoo is not to 21st century standards. Some animals looks stressed as the exhibits were just too small.
