Scheduled through Ritz Carlton (they recommended), three times the price of Uber which I am ok with especially on pick up at new airport, but flights changed on return and called to cancel and they said "no problem", not mentioning a 48 HOUR cancelation policy, again why use this when uber is so much more flexible, use car service all the time but never had a problem til this one. Reported this to Ritz Managment as FYI .
