My husband and I visited Berioli while on our honeymoon several weeks ago, and we both easily agreed that it was the best wine we had in Italy. We visited several wineries throughout Tuscany and Umbria, and this was hands down the best. It's on the smaller side, but we learned so much and had the most pleasant experience. We left with several bottles of wine and olive oil (their olive oil is superb as well). I wish we could find it in California for sale, I might just have to pay to have more shipped!

We popped in to sample a couple of their wines. They were friendly and helpful and the wine was good.

Very nice and clean lake side club. Free chairs and beds. Perfect for a day at the lake, sun tanning, doing some sports or just read a book. Access to the water of the lake. Free shower and changing location. In return for all these great amenities you are obliged to buy all your food and drinks at the premises. Dogs are allowed! Great grass field for sun tanning. Tranquil location. Not overcrowded.

It's used for special exhibitions and is the symbol of the town of Magione. We attended a show of Fra Giovanni del Carpine with information on his pri-Marco Polo trip to China.

Went for lunch at one of the neighboring seaside restaurants and walked along this promenade after lunch. It was a lovely spot with park benches, a little cafe with tables outside and even a little library area where you could borrow books. The pier was not too long if you wanted to take a walk on it. All in all, a nice park area next to the water.
