- UKTGBath, UK28 contributionsI think by the fact that this library is currently the #3 attraction in Rio Branco sums up the city quite well. I just wanted to find some wifi to contact a friend, and after the tourist information ladies looked entirely bemused by the presence of a gringo in their city, they pointed me in the direction of the library.
Once there, the helpful staff attempted to take my life story in registering me for the library, which took a fair while. However, the facilities were good, with plenty of free computers to use, a large quiet study area, mini cafe and, of course, plenty of books.
