- juliaandadam123Ashford, UK1,727 contributionsWe paid for the Christmas lights walkthrough and had a wonderful evening! It was easy to follow the route and we spent a good while in the food court/on rides for the children.
It was heaving when we arrived, but we’d booked the last session so most people soon moved on, leaving us plenty of room to take our time.Written March 3, 2024This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. They gave us plenty of time to hold and fly the Owls. Going in with the Meerkats and feeding them was brilliant, a dream come true. A brilliant day we won't forget. Another tick off the bucket list!Written March 7, 2024This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. Tripadvisor performs checks on reviews.

I booked in advance when the tickets came out for the 15.45pm slot.
Arrived as I am a member I know Kent life pretty well so didn’t stay as long as I usually would as it was freeeezing!
My son went on the tractor ride but there was a bit of a queue so be prepared! Looked at some of the smaller animals and headed to where Father Christmas was, there was a slight queue but it did go down quickly!
Santa was good with my son but it is disappointing that he doesn’t give the children their gifts, you go to a “toy shop”, my son got a tractor which he loved but it is a bit rubbish that all the toys are displayed in-front of them to pick! Takes the magic out of it.
All round was good but not sure I will go back next year! Take wellies its muddy!Written December 2, 2023This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. We visit many places as part of our life skills curriculum and this is definitely the best lift we have encountered.
The students all had a great time exploring the museum and filling in the activity sheets.Written March 8, 2024This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. The park itself is very well maintained and clean, also has a variety of equipment for different ages. Parking was easy although only option is to pay £2.30 for 6 hours. We didn’t use the cafe as the que was continuously long but it looked to be good. The toilets really let this place down, they are filthy. One toilet roll between three cubicles and almost out of soap. Real shame they aren’t being looked after as the rest of the place is amazing!Written October 8, 2023This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. - FrankieGEast Sussex, UK292 contributionsSo my birthday venue was Teapot Island this year. I'd been wanting to visit for several years, and this Sunday was the right time. We were here for 11.30, having booked a table in advance. Good plan, as it steadily filled while we waited for brekkie. I really wanted the pancakes. Unfortunately, it was taken off the menu apparently because it was so busy. Shame. There were all manner of people visiting this day. Groups for Dads Day, families, couples older and younger. Small boats, paddle boarders, and kids and ponies enjoying the river. There is a very sizeable recreation paddock over this river where you can park for a flat rate of 4£ at the time of review. This was being used by many groups for fun food and frivolity. The teapot museum was 3£ each to enter and was fabulous! Hubby got board but persevered for me, and I looked at every 8,500 of the awesome teapots! What a very worthwhile place to celebrate and take in something completely out of whack. Awesome! I seriously felt for you all when I saw how far up your property that 2013 flood came to. But you obviously made it beautiful again. Well done, guys.Written June 20, 2023This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. Tripadvisor performs checks on reviews.
