Great garden in the heart of the city. The plants are beautiful and the variety spectacular. The plants are labeled. Great was to get close to plants you may not be able to experience in person otherwise. Price was very reasonable.

Very reasonably priced trip (€4.50) to the 28th floor with impressive views of the area. Also a hotel and restaurant at the top.

We came here with the whole family from teenage kids to grandparents. Although it was in German (we are English speaking) it was still fascinating to view the shows. What an incredible idea to see space in a different way. The only downside is that there were so many shows to watch, with so little time for us to go back and visit. Highly recommended for the whole family!

You can go up there almost the whole year. The hike is very nice and you got a good view around the area. There is this stone monument, it's a historical place but there is not mich more history to see over there

Beautiful visit. Close to centre of town. Quiet and free to visit gardens. Only a few euros to get into house. Gardens have specimen trees, neat lawns, benches to soak up the atmosphere, very pleasant herb garden.

Poor sign posting from the Planetarium to the museum which being associated is surprising. The museum had a wealth of information and I wished I could have stayed longer. Would have found it even better if there had been more in English apart from”Do not touch”

A nice place to visit for an hour or two. The museum has no english translations available, but the collection itself is very nice.

Great organ music and choir. No idea what the church service was all about... of course it is all in Deutsch. But we got the general gist. The music was spectacular... rivalled our regular haunt in Vienna....

Sunny day provided us with wonderful views of Jena on the way to the ruins. It is a very picturescue area. The ruins are from XIIth century and you can get there by few different paths.

Nice little museum. You can the timeline of history of Jena. The downside is that, indeed, everything is in German. They have interesting temporary exhibits too. When I visited they has Shagall, exhibition about the revolution of 1918.

Great place to spend a rainy day ! We spent around 4 hours at Galaxsea during the Christmas holidays.

Great well thought out venue with plenty of activities to keep the children 7 and 9 occupied. I had to drag them away in the end !

Wave machine, two slides, learners' pool, a variety of diving boards, main pool, hot tubs and more ! It even has a lazy river to an outside pool.

For a day's entertainment I thought Galaxea offered great value for money.

Very clean and not busy at all.

I definitely recommend Galaxsea for a day out with the kids in Jena !
