The water is super clear with a blue green colour and definitely worth a full day. Access to the beach however is very difficult. First there are no spots to park the car and literally you have to leave it on the street side and hope not to get a fine. If you are lucky enough to park close to the main access to the beach, then you have a 15 minute walk into a narrow and steep path super crowded during peak season. There are no facilities at the beach hence I suggest to bring over food and water.

This stunning cove is well worth the trek.

The walk down to the first part is fairly simple, a dirt path and then some stairs. However, to get to the larger beach part you need to either swim round or climb over some large rocks but trust me, it is worth it.

    Stunning views, crystal clear water.

Marina di Zambrone is in fact a huge beach with a lot of hotels, resorts, camping sites and many more. In the upper side of the village there is a train station with a very good gelateria. On the main road you can find few shops including pescheria where you can buy fresh fish.

The parking near the beach is free on one side of the road and paid on the opposite one, so there is a chance you will find a non-paid spot when it’s not crowded. Parasols and deckchairs for rent are present, but if you have your own there is a good comfort on the sandy beach. Coffee and snacks are easy to reach in a little caffé near the road.

We’ve just come from a wonderful dive with Damnam. Marco and Antonio were amazing, helpful and confident instructors. We had one licensed diver and two beginners in our group. Marco and Antonio stayed with the two beginners throughout the dive and showed us all an amazing time! Would highly recommend diving with them. They are professional, patient and encouraging! I would not hesitate to book with them. Grazie mille Damnam!
