Recently stayed with a group of friends. Have visited Rome and South Italy before so this was the first trip north of Rome. Location was a short 45 min-1 hour trip outside Milan and the Hotel provided a bus at a very reasonable rate to bring us to and from the Airport. The Hotel itself was very cosy , super atmosphere and great food. Rooms were lovely , perfect for that ski break. This family run hotel gave us a true flavour of the warmth and charm of the local area and people. You do need to have some Italian to get by but plenty of smiles and patience should see you through. Grazie Hotel Milano , Spero di vederti presto

The staff in this family run hotel were so friendly and helpful, they couldn't do enough. The view from the spotless room was stunning. We ate in the hotel restaurant every evening and the food was excellent. Can't fault this hotel which is close to the ski slopes and all amenities. We really enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend this lovely Hotel.

Suitable for Young and old, family run and flawless. Ideal for access to the slopes and only an hour out of Milan. Lovely food, never needed to leave the place unless to ski. Bring your Italian dictionary as English is not spoken a whole lot but young chef has enough! Well worth a visit.

We stayed in this hotel as a group of skiing adults for four days. As soon as we arrived the Bonetti family welcomed us and continued to spoil us until the minute we left. They organised a bus to collect us from the airport of Bergamo (less than an hour away) at a reasonable extra cost as well as dropping us to the slopes every day and collecting us (at no cost). The hotel is spotless, warm, cosy and has a wonderful apline feel. The mountain views from every window is stunning and the food is absolutely wonderful. This hotel is excellent value and I would recomend it to anyone anytime. We will be back. This type of personal service is very hard to come by. Thank you so much to the Bonetti family.

This was a great find. Hotel was super clean, well decorated in mountain/alps style. The owners were very friendly and helpful. The hotel is located in Piazzatore village center, so you could walk to most sights on the mountain. Free parking in the back. Our room was on the third floor, with a view of the mountain & valley below us. There was no balcony in our room. Bathroom again immaculate with basic ammenities. Breakfast was described as "continental", and being in Italy I only expected a roll & coffee, but to our surprise, there was a nice spread laid out for us, including freshly baked Cornettos with marmelade (best ones we've had in Italy). There was also freshly made cappuccinos, cold cuts, cheese, yogurt, cereal, and juice. For Europe (especially Italy) a fantastic breakfast. Only suggestion I would have is that the common area be more cozy - instead of tables and chairs all lined up along the bar, it would be nice to have lounge chairs surrounding a fireplace to hang out. It is a ski area hotel, after all. But overall, we were very happy and would return again.
