Good little hotel, lovely welcoming owners who can't do enough for you. Second time myself and a friend have stayed there for a short break. Rooms clean, food excellent and atmosphere lovely. Intend to visit several more times in 2024 as it would be daft not to.

As soon as we arrived we were greeted with a smile 😃 😊.. I CANNOT fault our stay at this lovely place, We met one of the owners Alison who made us feel like we had known her forever. Nothing was too much trouble, she was extremely kind and welcoming. We stayed in the first night and was treated to great hospitality and free pizza ! ! Great atmosphere and cheap bar prices. Alison poached eggs are to die for. Nothing and I mean nothing was too much trouble. The bed was extremely comfortable the toilet and shower room was very clean. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Friendly kind people who couldn't do enough for us. We are DEFINITELY booking again and bringing friends with us next year. A overall great place to stay. Thanks guys, see you next year. 😘 Love Tony and Natalie (room 3)

We stayed for 2 nights to meet up with my brother, son and families so we didn’t use the room much but the bed was really comfortable, the room was clean. We went down for breakfast once a little later than planned but still within time and sat waiting until we gave up and left. I blame the comfy bed! Would stay again.

Just returned from an incredible stay here. Excellent breakfast service every morning, which consisted of a varied continental spread and expertly cooked poached eggs each morning! Clean rooms, the guest house is tidy and has everything you need within a homely atmosphere. Nothing was too much trouble for the host, Andrew who was exceptional all week. I understand that he was covering for his dad (the owner) but nonetheless, the service was always exceptional. For the price, I cannot fault this place and will be back next time in Blackpool. It has to be among the best value guest houses in Blackpool!

Absolutely lovely stay here for the Rebellion 23 festival. Room was lovely and clean, breakfast so nice. A choice of cereals , fruit, yoghurt, bagels crumpets, croissants etc, plus eggs on toast however you like them cooked to perfection. Alison and John are lovely hosts, and nothing is too much trouble. Fantastic location just a few minutes walk from Blackpool North Station, and close to attractions, shops and the sea. The room has a view of the towers. Highly recommend.
