This is the first time that we've stayed at this Marriott hotel since it has undergone some significant renovations and we were very impressed. Our room was bright, spacious and very well appointed. It was great to be able to open the windows (albeit only by a small amount). Opening windows in a London hotel are an unfortunate rarity. Great views of the London Eye/River from our room. The M Lounge was very comfortable with a good choice of imaginative evening canapés. Breakfast was superb. All of the staff we encountered (especially in the M lounge) were very friendly and efficient. Can't fault our stay and this will now be our hotel of choice when we are in London.

Our family had an unforgettable stay at Marriott Hotel County Hall London during the Kids March break holiday. After enjoying a wonderful meal at Gillray’s steakhouse last year, we knew we had to return with the kids this year for a stay. The location couldn't be better, just a stone's throw away from iconic landmarks like the London Eye and Big Ben, making it perfect for exploring the city. A special shoutout to Justin at the front desk, who not only made us feel welcome but also went above and beyond to ensure our stay was nothing short of perfect. His attention to detail in arranging our rooms was greatly appreciated, especially traveling with kids. The complimentary breakfast for loyalty members at The Library restaurant was a delightful experience, with a stunning view of Big Ben adding to the ambiance. Ana Paula, our server, deserves special recognition for her outstanding service, making our dining experience truly memorable. I highly recommend Marriott Hotel County Hall London to anyone still looking for accommodation in London. It's the perfect blend of luxury, convenience, and exceptional service. Thank you to the entire team for making our stay so enjoyable.

What an amazing experience. Harsha at the front desk was able to answer our numerous questions and help make it a very enjoyable experience for my family who each had their own ideas about what vacation meant. This was also very helpful to ensure a safe vacation for my son with food allergies

NOT FAMILY FRIENDLY. They will not guarantee connecting rooms, which I can understand, but to further this, they won't even guarantee that my rooms will be side-by-side or close to one another!! They expect people to arrive and "hope" they will be appropriately accommodated. That's truly an unsafe and anti-family stance to have. Find another place to stay in London (but not another Marriott.) There are many finer hotels available in the same price range.

I stayed here for one night and I wish it had been longer. From the moment we entered the customer service was amazing. Bergit on reception was the best, she really went the extra mile for us and helped us celebrate our business's 10-year anniversary - lots of special touches. The lounge is great, the pool is huge and we had it to ourselves. The Big Ben view room was amazing, so clean and everything you need. I will be returning for sure! Thank you for a great stay.

Our stay at this beautiful hotel with the perfect location and views from our suite was wonderful from start to finish. The staff is extremely friendly and welcoming. Harsha was very helpful and surprised us with gifts for our 34th anniversary and my husbands birthday. The handwritten card from Leah was a special touch as well . The staff at breakfast (Ana Paula and her colleagues) were so kind and personal. At the lounge we had a great experience too with Andrea, Laura and Gibran being so hospitable and attentive . We will definitely make this our hotel of choice next time we are in London and will highly recommend it to all our friends.

I stayed for one night on a business trip and had a very pleasant stay. My room was freshly refurbished with a good size area, decent shower and a lovely view overlooking the river and Big Ben. Linen is high quality and toiletries of a high standard. There was some outside noise from the Riverside which is largely to be expected given the city location. Check in by Bergit was a delight - she is a real asset the the property. Breakfast was with great views, and I enjoyed the A La Carte service rather than the typical breakfast buffet in many hotels.

Brilliant family hotel with very kind and helpful staff. Everyone we met went out of their way to say hello to our daughters and make this a memorable stay. Harsha, in particular, welcomed the girls on arrival and gifted them adorable teddies and more. The girls loved walking around the hotel and greeting Harsha and all the friendly staff. There were also colouring pages and crayons in the restaurant to entertain the kids. The hotel itself is beautiful and has stunning views of London Eye and Big Ben. We were very happy all through our stay and we want to say a big thank your to everyone - including the two gentlemen (the names I've sadly forgotten - maybe Darragh) and all the team.

Stunning inside and out. The highly-trained and happy staff is the best I have encountered in any hotel, ever. I truly felt like royalty. The location can't be beat. I walked everywhere, including after dark, without trepidation. My room was spacious, comfortable and quiet, and the views, oh my! The bathroom was large, modern and well-lit. I did not eat in the restaurant but I did relax with a nightly cocktail in the sophisticated lounge with excellent and prompt service. I can't sing this hotel's praises enough and I will return. Bravo.
