Travelers frequently commend the hotel's overall cleanliness and the friendly staff, who contribute to the welcoming atmosphere. Back on the premier inn trail again. This time Inverness. Millburn Road. Superb personnel. Receptionist Emma, an absolute professional. The girls Paige and Kelly where exceptional. Making sure hospitality is what it's meant to be. Food. Wow. The usual mixed grill. Superb and the steak was EXACTLY how I ask for medium rare. Cooked by Elena and Kieran. Absolute 5 stars. Smithy at Edinburgh you need to watch this girl and guy. All in all EXCELLENT.

Hotel's Favorite
Stayed here on Robbie Burns night and I was greeted when I arrived by Emma, Kelly and Yolanda who were all very nice and took the time to check me in. They even laughed at my jokes but maybe they get paid to make their customers happy! The hotel is very nice and I stayed in a premier plus room for the first time and it was definitely worth the extra money to upgrade, nice fragrance in the corridors and nice touches in the rooms like mood lighting, nice table and chair to work at and a lovely comfy arm chair and foot rest to sit on and watch TV. They even have the new Baylis and Harding Goodness range in the bathrooms (I happen to sell it). The food was very nice, during the week it seems to be men on their own who are working in the area like myself. I really like using Premier Inn as I stay in so many hotels and the one thing that really annoys me about expensive hotels is when they have cheap uncomfortable mattresses but not at Premier Inn, I know I am always going to get a great nice sleep on a comfortable bed. This hotel is also in a great location to get straight on the main routes in the morning. All in all a great hotel to stay at with great staff.

The standard of the room was beautifully clean, very quiet & we had a great nights sleep. The staff are lovely, nothing was too much trouble & the food was great. We will definitely be going back as its perfectly situated for getting around Inverness with ease.

Stayed for one night in a twin room, reception friendly and efficient. Room was clean and well furnished and everything supplied. A little noise from upstairs due to someone with heavy feet but not a major issue. A shame when there's more than one of you that you aren't automatically asked if you want to cards to access your room. No noise from the main road, overall a recommended stay. WiFi was reasonable.

Good bed. Good room but overpriced for the location and facilities Our food was very basic. Both our meals were mean in quantity and poorly presented on the plate. We wouldn't eat there again unless desperate ! The staff were nice and helpful.

Couldn’t ask for more! Perfect location, service second to none, food excellent, cleanliness outstanding. Everyone was polite but I think her name was Magda and she stood out to me. The room was very good. The bed was comfortable and the linens were so lovely.

Stayed here with 3 of my colleagues. Very clean rooms and good food, and Emma, Cristina and Imogen are very accommodating. Would recommend this hotel and will definitely stay here again. Pros: comfy beds, decent shower and friendly atmosphere. Cons: poor WiFi
