Comfortable room of a good size for a couple. The kitchenette has an induction hod and microwave but no oven. Otherwise it's well equipped. Given the heatwave, air conditioning would have been nice but not in any way a deal-breaker. Good parking about 10 minutes walk from the centre of town.

Spent one night at Sejours & Affaires Caen after visiting astonishing Etretat and before heading to D-Day Beaches. Our room was large (basically a flat complete with kitchenette), very clean and recently renovated. Inexpensive rates, excellent value for money. Would stay here again. My most heartfelt suggestion for a meal in Caen: have your lunch/dinner at L'Embroche (feel free to check my review if interested). Simply amazing!

Myself and two friends were in Caen to visit the war cemetery at Cambes En Plaine on the outskirts of Caen,we need a place too stay while visiting the sights. The Sejours et Affaires seemed ideal and very well priced. It was accommodation mainly for students but the rooms were quite large with a full kitchen and a large bathroom,It was spotlessly clean, the reception staff were very friendly and helpful in booking taxi's etc. You could purchase a basic breakfast for 9 Euros good value and the breakfast staff were helpful

It was small for a studio, it had absolutely zero soundproofing, it was enough for someone to just walk in next room and the backwall of the bed was vibrating like someone was kicking it not to mention you could hear everyone talking in their room. it was the worst house cleaning we have ever encountered (if you can call that cleaning ofcourse) the "cleaning" lady had left the "clean" towels, sheets and toilet paper right on the corridor dirty floor!!!!!!! (see the attached picture) and the room was dirty and very dusty in generall. Also for the 2 days of our stay the lift was out of order and we had to use the stairs and carry our luggage up and down to get to our room on the 4th floor, ofcourse every time we asked the reception about it the answer was that the technician was on his way but we never saw him until our checkout... the only possitives are that its a 15 min walk from the city center and offered cheap parking.

This should not even be listed as a hotel on any travel site. Its used as a student residency and when vacant they rent out rooms. There is no air conditioning, no screens on the windows and not a very nice room. It is around apartment buildings and way out of town. Stay away from this place.

I stayed here in an attempt to travel within budget. The hotel was cheap, and I got exactly what I paid for. It was ok, but it wasn't great. I got excited when I thought it was a queen bed... it was just 2 twin beds pushed together. The bigger issue for me was France as a whole. Although I am Canadian, I don't speak fluent french. Warning to travellers - do not go to France if you aren't fluent in french! The people of France as a whole are incredibly rude, unwelcoming, and I shortened my trip as a result!

We stayed here for 2 nights as we toured Normandy Beaches on our motorbikes. Apartments are clean and equipped sufficiently for 2 people. Good showers and plenty of hot water. It has a narrow red car park with plenty of space. It’s only downfall was the breakfast €8.50 and VERY poor. I would def recommend making your own or buying out!

Clean and tidy little place. About 10 minute walk into centre of town. Parking and breakfast extra but not very expensive. Basic but that's all we were looking for. Good value for the price. Would use again if in the area.

The staff are so friendly, one gentleman who spoke very good English was very helpful indeed and had lots of skills, even handyman, when the handy man was a way the receptionist fix my shower and light, was so polite, the place was nice and clean, great apartments, if book via hotels .com, booking .com Tripadvisor a bargain can be found. They do a lot for Business people, but great for a peace time holiday. I went to this place in both January and February Each time for over a week. Great place to stay.
