A feel-good atmosphere - from the morning shower in the fully glass-enclosed bathroom to dinner to the trendy ambiance of our Restaurant "Cucina da Nina". Classics from the French Brasserie cuisine or home-made Italian pasta dishes are waiting for you. The ideal platform for city tours and night owls. Clear lines, refined materials, and pleasant colors: This interplay creates the modern style interior so typical for Flemings. A special highlight are the granite-glass bath and the individually controllable light pattern at the head of the bed. Flemings Hotel München-City is not only ideally suited for city excursions and shopping sprees but for business as well. Our two air-conditioned event venues have a capacity of up to 20 persons and provide an ideal environment for meetings and smaller conferences in Munich's center.

Flemings hotel Munich city Biggest snowstorm in Munich in the last 7 years. Outside temperature is minus 7 centigrade, yet room did not have heating! Nobody at reception: we had to go find someone next door in the restaurant. Rooms did not have central lights: there are a few here and there but the room was generally very dark. No facilities: coffee, tea. As a welcome gift we had 2 Chinese fortune cookies in our room, this was just so condescending. Showers are INSIDE the rooms separated by full length glass panels: this is such a bad idea. Restaurant next door (operated by the hotel): serves great breakfast (with Belgian chocolate on tap!), but do not use it for dinner: they do not have vegetarian dishes; eventually asked for a green salad which turned out to be just a few LIMP lettuce leaves. Lots of art books at reception but no tourist brochures of any kind. Rooms not cleaned daily, nor towels changed. Mattress super-super soft and very uncomfortable.

Dear guest, thank you for letting us know about your stay with us. We are very sorry for hearing about those issues. All of our rooms are having heating bodies as well as tea/coffee facilities. As well as your description of our restaurant food (there are many more vegetarian options available) this does not go along with our standards. Again we are very sorry for not getting up to our standards at all during your stay here. For us it is very important to check about this. Therefore we would be pleased to get in contact with you directly as we can not see any details about your stay right now. You can contact us any time: leon.knoeferl@flemings-hotels.com All the best for your and your family! Kind regards Leon Knöferl Guest Service Manager

Cucina da Nina is poorly serviced restaurant which does not know what is guest greeting. We came and sat and noone was approaching to us, the lady working there is very rude. If you dont want to serve guests then dont accept them!! This is not the right way how guests are greeted especially when your restaurant is part of your hotel! First time in Munich we saw such a rude attitude and no attention at all!

Actually, no, because jokes are at least funny. This hotel has only self-check-in, and of it doesn't work? Well, you'd THINK that someone at the reception would do something, like, idk, the check-ins? Yea, that would be sensible, wouldn’t it? Sadly, you came to the wrong hotel. You will check-in with the malfunctioning machine, or die trying. But at least the cancellation was free.

Let us start with the desk was being renovated and there was no secure place to leave our luggage. The worst part was that I had reserved 2 nights and due to changing air reservations, I could only stay one night. Expedia would not/could not cancel the second night but said to let the hotel know upon check in. When I checked in on July 21, 2023, a very nasty desk clerk would not cancel the second night. I am still fighting with my Credit Card bank to get the second night refunded but the hotel refuses to work with me. I was going to be at another hotel nearby, and friends booked Flemmings. I would never recommend this hotel to anyone, due to bad customer service.

We stayed here for 3 nights while doing Oktoberfest. Check in was a bit chaotic and slightly delayed, but given the time of year it was to be expected and the staff were absolutely amazing about it. I’m not going to complain when I just had to have a beer while I waited. The room was very comfortable, and the shower was really unique! There was a small gym in the basement to get some beer credits too which was good. Location wise you can’t ask for more, directly opposite München HBF so it was super convenient. Would definitely recommend this hotel.

A very irritating self check in service with a machine that doesn't work. Very budget hotel feel despite a relatively high price paid for the room. At EUR400pn the room has almost no natural light being in an attic with the only window partially obscured by the TV

Our experience at Flemings hotel exceeded our expectation! My husband and i were traveling to Munich for Oktoberfest and this hotel was so centrally located. The hotel and restaurant staff were extremely nice and accommodating, upon check in they gave us an overview of the festival and provided us s with a map and tips on how to get to and from the festival grounds. We were lucky enough to get upgraded to one of the two floor suites which was fantastic and would recommend booking if possible! The room was very spacious with two bathrooms, which is perfect if you are sharing the room with another couple and or family. The only thing to keep in mind is that the shower is a glass shower and the rest of the guest can see you, but it is still a great room! Overall we had such a great experience and if you are visiting Munich for Oktoberfest, it is def worth the price! We can wait to come back!

It helps that I got a good deal for my stay, with breakfast included (can be skipped if too expensive). For me the highlight was the room and extremely early check in provided by the hotel. The room was very large (by Europe 4 * standards), airy and bright. 2 single beds joined together are a bit off a let down. Complimentary mini bar great, coffee maker great, shower cubicle in middle of the room very eclectic, staff friendly, restaurant breakfast service standards a bit lazy but improved when pointed out. Location brilliant, stones throw from Karlplatz, trams and U bahn What's not to like... Oh... Also I had a corner room so maybe I really got lucky

Summary: clean, simple hotel in an OK location, but service and bathrooms could be better Spent 2 nights here during my first visit to Munich. I typically like to take public transit when I travel, but when I searched Google Maps it seemed like a hassle to get to this location because it's not located near the main train stations. I opted for a taxi (big mistake), which was easy but cost 85 euros Location: 3.5 out of 5 - the location isn't terrible, as there is a U-bahn (subway/metro) station a few blocks away. It's also within a 10 min walk of a neighborhood with nice restaurants and pubs. And if you want to get to the main tourist sites in Munich (i.e. Marienplatz, English Gardens) it's also a 10 min walk to the U-bahn station and a 10-15 min ride. Hotel room: 3 out of 5 - the room was clean and very plainly decorated, which is fine because I was not expecting a 5 star room. However, the bathroom - and specifically the shower - was tiny. It was so tiny that even just rotating inside the shower was uncomfortable, and at one point my elbow actually hit the the water control and I accidentally burned myself. Service: 2 out of 5 - I arrived early and unfortunately my room wasn't ready. That's fine as it's fairly rare to have a room available before noon. My room did not have enough body soap when I checked in, and I asked the front desk for it to be refilled. When I got back to shower later that day, I saw it had not been replaced. Value: 4 out of 5 - for a low cost hotel, it did the trick. If you don't need breakfast included, skipping it is the way to go. On my final day I did eat breakfast on site, which was 19 euros for eggs, coffee, juice, and sausage. Not the cheapest, but saved me the trouble of having to go find food. Overall this is an ok hotel for the price paid. If you're familiar or comfortable with the public transit, then it's easy to get around. But if it's your first time in Munich there are more central locations to stay (especially near Munich East train station, which has a direct train link to the airport)

We stayed at Flemings just one night upon arrival in Munich and before taking a train to Venice. The hotel is extremely convenient to Munich's main train station--just across the street. The bed was comfortable, although it seemed a bit odd that the shower had a glass wall looking into the sleeping area. We didn't mind, but others might. The optional buffet breakfast was excellent with made-to-order eggs and coffee service.
