What a gorgeous hotel. Booked at the last minute and not expecting much as seemed to be the only hotel with availability but it surpassed our expectations. Everything was clean. Tucked away down a side road in the old town but the views were stupendous and it was walking distance to everything. Didn’t eat there so can’t say what the breakfast was like but the rooms were lovely and the bathrooms had everything and more.

Great location in the old town. 5 minutes walking to the Catedral de Segovia, 10 minutes to the Alcázar, 10 minutes to the acueducto. Good breakfast and value for money. Available parking. Clean & comfortable accommodation. My only complaint was that the glasses we used the night before were not washed after housekeeping cleaned the room the following day. Should not have been overlooked!

This is a gem of a hotel in the northern part of the centre of Segovia (the quieter part, while still within easy reach of the main sights of the city, especially the Alcazar). It is housed in a 16th century building, but with all mod cons and with its own car park, which is very handy when travelling around Spain! It has no restaurant (there are plenty of good places to eat within a few minutes' walk), but it has an excellently-stocked breakfast buffet at a small extra cost. I have to mention Natalia on the reception desk, who was very friendly and helpful with advice and with our luggage! Thank you, Natalia! One point to note about Segovia: the Roman aqueduct is surely one of the wonders of the modern world! Built almost 2,000 years ago and still intact!

Room Tip: The area near the aqueduct is rather 'lively'; the location of the Exe Hotel is much quieter!

What a gem of a hotel. had a beautiful room with a view over the hills behind and it was stunning. Everything was so clean. Walking distance to everything. Secure parking under the hotel. Could not fault it at all. Will definitely be back.

Once a family home, Casa is a modern, charming, renovated hotel. It’s located a 3-min. walk to the Plaza Mayor, where you’ll find several bars and restaurants. It’s a longer walk to Plz. Azoguejo, the site of the aqueduct and the tourist office. My room spacious, modern, and well designed for the traveler. However, the one had to be thin and agile to get into the bathtub/ shower bec. the sink was set so close to it. Outstanding personnel, including Vanessa, researched the train schedule for me and guided me through the tricky train website so that I could reserve a seat. Tips: A varied and ample buffet breakfast is available for 10 Euros.

Hotel was super quaint and very very reasonably priced. The exposed stone walls give you a sense of the history of the region. Nicely located near the center of the city. Highly enjoyable stay. Recommend!

Stayed one night here whilst touring Spain. Easily the best deal of all the places we stayed, Euro94 for bed, breakfast and secure on site parking. The room was very quiet, large, well appointed, with a big comfortable bed. The breakfast was wonderful and offered both hot (full English style) and cold (ham, cheese bread etc) options. The reception staff were very helpful indeed. The hotel was a comfortable 10 minute stroll from the castle, cathederal and Plaza Mayor, with its bars/resaurants. It was also a 5 minute drive from the ancient Crusader church of Vera Cruz which is just outside the city walls, directly under the castle. The hotel parking was the main reason I chose to stay here. The surrounding streets are narrow with very little parking. There is one drop off/pick up space outside the hotel main entrance on Calle Doctor Velasco, which we used whilst registering. Thereafter we had to drive 300yards around the one way system to the hotel garage entrance which is at the rear of the building on a lower level, on Calle Puerta Santiago. There is a lift back up to guest room floors. The garage entrance is wide and it was easy to get our SUV (Jag F-Pace) in and out. However, the actual parking bays are a bit narrow. We had no trouble maneuvering in and out of a bay because we were able to utilise the empty bays to the side and in front. If these had been taken however, it would have been difficult to shuffle a large car in and out, so be aware. In summary, this was a great hotel offering really good value. We really enjoyed our stay here and will definately return.

Stayed here for two nights in rooms 307/308. Both had balconies & were well appointed with what one would need. Breakfast @ 8 euro per head is well worth it. Location is in the old part of town, nice winding streets be warned that large cars will take a bit of shuffling to park in the hotel's underground car park. (costs 10.91euro + IVA per night) Would definitely recommend a visit to Plaza Mayor c.5 minutes stroll, with lots of bars / restaurants to suit all budgets & stunning architecture to view, if that is your thing! For a stroll into the town & visit the aqueduct/castle area allow 20 minutes. There are always taxi's to bring you back!! Not used by us. The staff at the hotel were friendly, helpful and bi-lingual. Overall a very pleasant stay. I should also state that with CV-19, good protocols are adhered to throughout the hotel and the rooms were spotless. Will visit again.

i just stayed here and was mildly underwhelmed. that being said, it was a totally decent place to stay that had its own private parking garage and was well located. the breakfast was good and the dining room was nice. i stayed in a standard double room and i had expected it to be a bit nicer than it turned out to be. we were on the top floor and it was nice and quiet—no sound from the street. the room had an awkward shower even for europe and smelled mildly of smoke and on one of the days it smelled of sewage, but it aired out pretty quickly. i didn’t say anything to management and i’m sure if i had they would have helped us. the receptionists were very nice. the girl who checked us in did not speak much english. i don’t know how this hotel compares to any others in segovia, but i thought it was fine.

We stayed 23&24 Jan.20 ( # 205) and enjoyed our stay. Car parking perfect underneath. Room very nice, clean however one can hear his neighbours. Breakfast outstanding and staff very friendly. One minor thing was on second day, our room was still not cleaned at 15.00 hours when we came back from our city stroll. Rest of our stay all was perfect. When in Segovia we recommend this hotel.
