Great location with easy access to everything. Extra clean hotel with a great view from our room. The staff were friendly and extraordinarily helpful. I had an unusual request and after a quick phone call one of the girls on reception had it sorted. Excellent.

Great Location ! Staff was great and helpful Parking was a bit of a nightmare as there was not close parking and on street parking does not exist without paying every hour 😱. They do offer valet parking which we did . Our room was 102 and close to the dining/kitchen. So noisy until 12:00am and the smell of fried food wasn’t the best Definitely would recommend but would request higher floor.

Beautiful boutique hotel in the center of Segovia. Everything can be done walking distance from the hotel. Decoration is nicely done. Breakfast buffet is good quality. We really enjoy our 2 nights stay in Condes de Castilla

Efficiency Property Masquerading as 3-Star Hotel In Spain, properties love to upsell themselves with little to show by way of actual amenities / service / quality. This property was typical and also semi-clean but with no real staff service, porters, or help. The hotel (like most places in Spain) has lots of English-speaking tourists but does not really cater to those people. Pros + Fantastic view from window (but unsure if all rooms have this) + Extremely friendly staff + Can arrange a valet and considering the time it saves (costs a few € more) + Relatively close-by to City Center (Plaza Mayor) - about 5 minutes by walking and the Main Castle / Alcazar which is about 15-20 minutes Cons - Sheets dirty and with holes - Sparse breakfast with primarily pastry dishes - Inability of staff to converse or effectively communicate such that the language barrier became a nuisance - Lack of staff to assist with anything - Minuscule amounts of toiletries and soap - Limited privacy in bathroom - Terrible WiFi in rooms

Location of the hotel is just perfect, in the very center. Hotel is not big, authentic, but everything is on a very good level, the age does not influence on the quality. Very clean room, bedlinen, towels, bathroom - impeccable. Modern bathroom, everything works. Quiet by night. Central heating and AC. Elevator. A breakfast is not rich but enough to eat well to start a long day: jamon, cheese, ham, lomo, cornflakes, jogurt, boiled eggs, tortilla, milk, tea/coffee, orange juice and fresh oranges and kiwi. Vallet parking was available even for our minibus, and just for 17eur, it was very convenient, you just leave a car near hotel entrance door and get it back when you need (10-15 mins to wait). There is also another parking for self use and cheaper price but we were tired and used vallet services. Lobby is very small but there is an internal gallery with armchairs to sit, read, and talk to friends. Soundproof could be better, we were sitting in the gallery talking, and a snoring was perfectly heard from one of the rooms. Tea facilities in the room. Nice and helpful staff. Highly recommended.

We stayed here one night in mid-September. It's right in the middle of the historic district, sitting above an ancient church and square. The location is quiet and the rooms are nicely renovated and very comfortable. The restaurant in the hotel was the perfect place to have a late lunch, in a lovely indoor courtyard.

I would give this hotel a good 7 out of 10. Its rooms, or least the one we stayed in is typical of this mid range Spanish regional hotel. Beds a bit firm, very clean rooms if a bit dated. The hallways are tired, could do with an update. The staff are really pleasant, helpful( booked us a lunch reservation at a nearby restaurant). The breakfast is great, fresh plentful and delicious. The breakfast is served in their restaurant.

My sister and I stayed two nights at this small hotel. Room was very nice with view and all staff were prompt to help and friendly. Location was perfect, close to the square and short walk to the aqueduct. Breakfast was typically euro; would liked to have had some fresh eggs. Loved having a lift and not having to lug the suitcases up one to two flights of stairs, as we were on floor two. Elevator does not go to floor three. Would definitely stay here again if we were in Segovia.

A great location just off the main square so perfectly located, yet in a quiet side street so very little noise / passing traffic. My main praise goes to the receptionist "Victoria" - one of our party had a puncture, and she was happy to liaise with a local garage to arrange a replacement tyre / arrange a taxi / be our translator etc etc - nothing was too much trouble for her - what a hero :-) I stayed in the top floor (3rd ?) suite - plenty of room, good view across the old town, yet very quiet. Motorbike parking literally 4 meters across the road. Very happy to recommend.

We had a great stay at the Hotel Condes de Castilla. The staff was wonderful and the location was outstanding. You are in the heart of old Segovia, nearly halfway between the Plaza Mayor and the Aqueduct. We walked everywhere. There is a Tesco express less than a 5 minutes walk away. Numerous shops, bakeries, and tapas bars/restaurants are a stone's throw away. We had a junior suite on the upper floor with an amazing view. It was warm while we were there and the A/C worked pretty good. The wifi worked great in the lobby but was a little squirrelly in our room despite the wonderful staff resetting the router for us (it worked best near our bathroom area of the room). I would not hesitate to stay again though.
