Very well located in the historical center, in one of the quietest squares in town, between the Cathedral and the Aqueduct, is the perfect point for visiting the city on foot. House-palace of the early sixteenth century of great architectural value, where the nobility of the building contrasts with its modern decor and comfort. Stands out his covered cloister, with a great dome of crystal where to enjoy the breakfast buffet, a coffee in the middle of the afternoon or an informal dinner. The rooms, smart and spacious, some with window to the sky where to enjoy the stars, some with window over segovian typical narrow streets of an ancient city. When you walk through the front door, our desire is to offer a personalized service and made-to-measure to each of our clients. We can host any type of company meetings, training courses, conferences, product launches, press conferences, etc... The hotel has meeting rooms, free wifi. and also parking with direct access to the hotel.

This hotel was the right price for a decent stay in a good location, with breakfast included. The room and bathroom were large, and the breakfast was adequate. There were scrambled eggs available the first morning, and on the second morning we could order fried eggs. The bathroom was well appointed with very nice bathroom amenities. The front desk staff were very helpful. They showed us where to go and how to take the local bus to La Granja, which worked out very well. The only complaint was that our air conditioner appeared to be shut down for the season, but we would have liked to use it. Instead, we opened the window. That worked well to get a breeze, except we were by a very noisy alley, and I had to sleep with earplugs.

Room is big and clean. Staff very friendly and helpful. They have a garage in the basement if you are driving. Breakfast is excellent. Hotel is very quiet but steps away from all major attractions in Segovia.

The hotel is a renovated palacio with elevator , good parking ( although the price is high ) and beautiful wooden sealing. The bed quality is very good too ( important for guests with back pain ). We enjoyed the atmosphere in this house. The breakfast can be improved but the overall experience is very good.

We’ve been travelling around by public transport and stayed in several hotels including 2 other 4 star establishments. All have been ok, but this has proved to be the best. Slightly uncertain arrival with guy on reception a little unfriendly, but we were given a lovely room and breakfast was excellent. Segovia is amazing and from this hotel we were able to enjoy its charms.

I was given a room that had no external windows and the aircon wasn't on in the hotel. The windows opened to an internal courtyard that had a glass roof which was just above my room. The internal courtyard was like a lobby / breakfast area so it was bright and noisy. So I had a choice between having no fresh air or being exposed to the noise and light of the lobby area. Try to sleep like that! It should be illegal for hotels to have rooms like the one I was given.

Not worth its price. Clean and spacious though dark and sad. Plus for a parking, minus for uninterested staff. Worst coffee we've had in Spain. While there is a good machine behind a bar, we were told to use a cheap Saeco go make small/large coffee. Really? Espresso would be too expensive to include in the price of a stay? "Fresh fruits" some people mentioned were from cans only, like pineapple. Cost cutting visible. Sorry but not recommended for this price.

First, the staff was very helpful and nice and the location was great - close enough to walk to everything, but not right in the middle of all the tourist traffic and noise. I really wanted to give this hotel at least 4 stars, but I can't. We stayed in what they call a suite. It was just a large hotel room with an old couch in it and an old formica type dresser. The bed was extremely hard, like sleeping on concrete. When I mentioned it to the woman at the front desk, she was VERY helpful and added an extra layer of cushioning to the bed. It was much appreciated. But the ORANGE -- it has got to go - and for a suite, they really need to improve the decorating in there. The food at breakfast was good, not outstanding. The best I can say, with some work and effort improving a few things, this could really be a wonderful hotel.

This is a nice hotel, well located for everything a visitor wants to see in Segovia. The hotel is just a short walk from the Plaza Mayor, and an easy stroll downhill to the astonishing Roman aqueduct. Staff were very friendly and helpful and there are some spacious and pleasant common areas in the hotel for sitting and having a coffee. Our room was a little dark, but perfectly comfortable, with a good bathroom.

I got my tiny rental car stuck in the underground car park on a Saturday afternoon. The front desk lady was very calm, looked after my wife who was very shaken, and the chambermaid(yes!) came down, gave instructions and then physically shoved it out of the jammed position. What a woman! Oh,and the front desk were helpful, charming and courteous throughout . A lovely old building in a great location for visiting the city. We had a third floor suite which was good.
