Great food, attentive staff, nice, comfortable rooms, quiet and spacious location. A minor dislike was the huge patterned rug in the foyer and front of the bar, the pattern jumps in front of your eyes as you walk down it! Other than that, it's a lovely hotel, you won't be disappointed.

Visited hotel as part of Lexus euro training. The hotel was fabulous. The food could be hotter in the evening. Great choice of food. Staff very attentive. Venus fabulous conference facilities. Amazing view from my room overlooking the sea. Amazing sunrise

Wonderful and peaceful hotel with nice green gardens and golf club (does not belong to the hotel but green fees can be booked). I loved the interior design with tasteful decoration and colors. Very friendly service. Amazing good restaurants also with outdoor terrace. Pool during the spring and summer season. Only about 10 minutes drive to the center of Sitges. Absoluty fantastic Hotel ! I can only recommend.

Not my first stay at the hotel, but I have to say that it is a badly managed hotel where staff is not customer oriented. The building is a bit run down and has issues (the parking elevator didn’t work). Moreover, the outside pool was closed during the week and open only during weekends without any information on the reservation website and to add insult to injury they charge you 18 euros per person for 90-minute access to the indoor pool/spa. I wish I knew it before I booked it, as I wouldn’t have stayed there.

I informed staff 3x our private hot tub (that cost us extra) was not hot and it wasn't until the last evening I contacted Expedia that they finally sent maintenance to fix the problem, so we had ONE NIGHT in our hot tub out of 5. they refuse to give us even a partial refund. The hotel was also too far from everything (minimum 1 hr far Barcelona with traffic and that if you go through the toll and pay euro each way). The hallways smelled bad. The carpet in the halls was nasty. Breakfast was the same every day and not very good. The coffee was awful. The maid left our patio door wide open one day and unlocked another day. You had to have a door key in for the AC to work and we left ours in so the room was cool when we returned but she would remove it. All the signs says Spa was open until 9pm but they would close at 7pm. If your room is on the other side of the hotel from the front desk you will walk VERY far to your room every day too (for your car, the bar and breakfast)!!!

Stayed here for a business trip and agree with other reviews the hotel is mostly set up for business not holiday stays. The room was very clean, bed was comfortable with great pillows and the views are beautiful. The hotel keys are an issue, they never work more than 1 or 2 times before having to be re keyed. So if you have a room far from the front desk as most rooms are be prepared to make multiple trips to get a new key. This was common among all of us staying at the hotel and something the hotel needs to fix. The spa is not worth going to. The hot tub doesn't get hot and the massage and facial were not great. It's dated and kind of dingy. The gym however is very nice with a lot of machines and free weights The outdoor pool is freezing, so so cold no one was wanting to swim. The breakfast buffet we had was great, lots of options omelets, salmon, cheeses, breads, fruits, pastries etc I had the hummus at the bar upstairs one evening and it was fine, I heard from others that the food at the outdoor restaurant downstairs was fine but not to eat by the pool. The staff were all very nice and we enjoyed our stay. Especially loved renting the bikes and riding into town.

Spectacular place! Really loved our stay! Best mixed drinks in the city, Tanya at the pool bar made the greatest piña colada I’ve had in my whole life, hands downs! Five stars for the try vacation experience! The restaurant for dinner was 5 stars, with great material and fantastic wines, and the best part? Friendly staff ready to asses with the best wine pairings! A 5 star experience all around!

We stayed for 3 days in September. Decided to push the boat and stay in a 5 star resort after the hurly burly of Barcelona. The hotel is nice, but seems to be set up for conferences and events rather than a holiday stay. Although the room was ok (no bins or plug for the sink!!!!!) we found the hotel itself , soulless with next to no life or activity happening anywhere. They have a lovely little beach style outdoor bar, with no seating area next to it. only sun loungers . rather than using it as a focal point it was merely a destination to get your next drink and the area was devoid of any life, fun or holiday feel. The snack bar is only open on weekends and although they told us that the hotel was going to be full on the Monday. the snack bar was closed again. But the biggest issue was the door keys. We had a room at the back of the hotel a good 5 minute walk to reception. in 3 days had to walk to reception as the keys deactivated. Once at 1am ! The staff were all nice but you could tell they were as fed up with this key issue as we were.

The good: clean, well sound-proofed room, free shuttle to the beach, gorgeous views, 24/7 gym The bad: food*, dated interior and bathrooms, no coffee machine in the room, no bin in the room, totally dead vibe, continuous lift music piped out of every speaker everywhere on a loop, pools cold, all spa sessions fully booked for the entire week, indoor pool costs extra to use. The ugly: * We booked half board. Breakfast was ok but very small compared to previous visits here. Some things would run out half way through breakfast service and apparently could not be refilled. Not sure why. Dinner was in the al a carte restaurant rather than an evening buffet. For some mystery reason, the first two nights you are given a ‘limited’ menu. This has just 2 starters and 2 mains on it. Every night after that you can choose from the full menu. Pretentious food in general. One vegetarian starter available. Not a single vegetarian main available. Not one! Despite paying half board, ended up eating elsewhere in the evenings. The two nights we did eat in the restaurant ended up with one of us vomiting half the night. If you want bed and breakfast and a quiet get-away, then probably ok. But definitely not a 5* experience, and sadly nothing like Dolce Sitges as it used to be.

Room Tip: Avoid it in general tbh. Definitely don’t book half board.
