Stayed for 3 nights. Everything about the hotel is elegant, from the rooms to the foyer. The place is so relaxing, with friendly and professional staff. The breakfast buffet has a huge selection, which set us nicely each day. We had cocktails in the American bar every evening around 6 with were always served with some lovely nibbles. Try not eat all of of them, if you're going out for dinner. We ate in the bistro attached to the hotel one evening, which has the same level of service as the hotel and the food was excellent. The hotel is so central, we walked to all the attractions we wanted to see in Turin. Next time we are in Turin, we will definitely stay here again.

Our first time in Turin and, thankfully, we chose a hotel with a spectacular historic city center location and an extremely friendly/helpful staff (especially “Mr Ohio”. They don’t have a dedicated concierge but they don’t need one as each and every staff person we spoke with was all about friendly-hospitality. The breakfast (included) was continental average but the small bar was lovely and the non-Michelin restaurant was solid. The rooms were slightly dated but always well cleaned and for the price the hotel was a “keeper”.

We have stayed at this lovely hotel several times with our clients for our Piedmont culinary tours and have absolutely loved it every time! The hotel is beautifully decorated, peaceful and well-appointed and the rooms are so comfortable I never want to leave! The breakfast has anything you could possibly desire and the staff is so helpful! We always look forward to returning to Hotel Grand Sitea! See you next spring!

The staff are warm and friendly, the rooms clean and comfortable (if just short of "luxurious"), the location superb, and the breakfast first rate. It may be the proponderance of American guests that gives it a slightly corporate feel, but after 6 visits there's nowhere else I'd rather stay in Turin. Don't forget to have breakfast al fresco, with the 80 year old tortoises!

this is truly a five-star hotel not only is it a fabulous location, but it also has all the amenities and overall charm. The front office couldn’t of been more helpful or nice room was extremely well appointed Nice sitting area big closet area. The bed was very comfortable with very fine linen. There was a kettle for a coffee and tea and a mini bar with complementary drinks and a snack. The bathroom also is excellent they had all the amenities high end, body creams, etc. lighting was good only negative thing I would say it wasn’t really good for plugging. In all your devices. They did have a place near the kettle. but personally, I like my near my bed The location was prime right around you. You could do everything from dinners to grocery shopping to drug stores and I even got my hair done within a 30 to 50 m walk for breakfast was lovely you could eat outside or inside. The buffet was nice I was disappointed and when I asked about an omelette, they said it would’ve been an extra charge. Everything was within walking distance of major importance in the city. I highly recommend this hotel and hopefully I will stay here again or my next trip to Italy.

We stayed 3 nights in this hotel as a pre-trip extension to a cycling tour through Piedmont and Liguria. It was a great location, near shopping, restaurants and sites like the Egyptian Museum, Royal Palace, Mole Antonellina and Parco del Valentino. The hotel had lots of old-world charm. Our room was spacious and comfortable and included a walk-in closet with a mini-fridge. The breakfast buffet was full of goodies, which we enjoyed each morning on the patio. A small Lidl grocery across the street was handy for grabbing waters, snacks, etc. Nearby, we enjoyed aperitivo at Farmacia and dinners at Eataly, Signorvino and La Piola Sabauda. I would stay here again.

I highly regard this hotel. Overall the ambience is a delight. The staff are most welcoming and friendly at all times. It made it feel like a family home. The room and bed were most comfortable, and the decor was elegant and comforting. The breakfast is outstanding, from being warmly welcomed and seated. The buffet was one of the most extensive I have seen in a long time. The options for seating were wide and the surroundings very pleasant. The staff were most attentive and expeditious in clearing the tables. I thoroughly enjoyed my 3 day stay there, and it was certainly the best hotel of my overall visit to Northern Italy.

A distinguished and centrally located hotel, full of charm and far more beautiful than its website pictures suggest. Excellent breakfast staff. Comfortable beds and air conditioning. They've clearly taken great care to renovate and/or decorate this hotel. Nevertheless, our bathroom was surprisingly old and out-of-date (as though completely forgotten in that process).

Lovely hotel with friendly and most helpful staff. The room was large and on a corner, so very light. Very comfortable and all amenities on hand. Breakfasts were excellent and provided all we wanted. The hotel is close to all you might want to see in central Turin, and only a few minutes taxi ride from the main station. All in all, first rate!
