It’s a nice hotel on a good location in a very nice street, really close to public transport and in walking distance of the city centre. In the area you can have a drink and a bite.

We had breakfast in the restaurant for €13 per person. The prize compared to the quality and choice of the breakfast is very good. A lot of thinks to choose from. I would recommend the staff to clean the tables more often. We ended putting plates away on the table next to us.

One morning we ordered continental breakfast in the room at €20 per person. And this turned out to be a huge disappointment. Unbelievable that the staff member dared to bring it to us. Breakfast was 40 minutes late, had only one plate, only 3 buns i.s.o. 4, no salt and pepper, no butter and only sweets for the buns. Besides that we got 2 croissants, one filled with chocolate and one with jam and some pre packed toasts. They charge you €40 for this, I can’t understand that this is what you get for €40, compared to the €13 pp in the restaurant. If you would like to have scrambled eggs they charge you €12 extra for 2 and for bacon they charge you €8 extra for 2. So breakfast with eggs and bacon will cost you €60 for 2. Ham and cheese isn’t an option on the menu, but you can order this separately for a sur charge.

I can’t get over the fact that breakfast in the restaurant is €13 pp. You can have as many cold cuts as you like, get scrambled eggs and bacon as much as you like, get fresh fruits as much as you like, get vegetables as much as you like, get pastries as much as you like, get bread as much as you like, get yogurts and cereals as much as you like, get coffee and tea as much as you like and so on.

Dear NH Torino Centro, if you don’t like people to order breakfast in the room, just say so. This was a huge, huge disappointment for us.

Note: after complaining about the breakfast, NH Torino Centro didn’t charge us. But mainly because we got 3 buns, no butter, no salt and pepper, only one plate and due to the fact that it was 40 minutes late. Besides that, keep in mind that the continental breakfast in the room is very limited and definitely not worth the money. Compared to what you get in the restaurant it’s a big, big joke. The combination of what you pay and what you get, feels like a ripoff. NH, you should know/do better!

Stayed here for one night with a tour group. Large, modern reception area with comfortable seating area. The lady behind the desk was miserable and not very welcoming but the gentleman was very pleasant.

We had a twin bedded room. Not a large room but adequate for one night. Very white, sparse and modern. Tv, free WiFi, no kettle, fridge and mini bar. Small bathroom with good towels, plenty of hot water, good shower.

Breakfast was good with a wide selection of continental foods. We had a group dinner and the food was very good. It took us 40mins to walk to the centre of Turin and the hotel is in a nice area just around the corner from one of the Turin rail stations.

I stayed at this hotel for four nights, conveniently located near the Polytechnic. The room, all services and breakfast were all of a high standard. The room temperature was set at 21 deg C (high coming from UK winter) which I changed daily to something lower, when I remembered to do so. As a result, I used the minibar for two tins of lemonade as became very thirsty. I realised there would be a charge but I could find no information as to what this would be. I suggest that at 5 Euro per tin (on an honesty basis) this charge is far too high a markup ie half this would have been acceptable. So I downgrade my rating from 5 star to 4 star.

The hotel location I had reserved was closed for the weekend, I did not care for where I was directed to, I encountered rude staff after choosing my replacement, paid more for a sterile room with no “sorry for wasting your time, here’s matched room rate/free breakfasts/a bottle of wine”, AND the glasses and minibar had not been replenished since the last guests (one bag of chips, one bubbly water, one beer glass, one beer). And no coat hooks in the hall in a town that gets damn cold.
I wondered why the windows were frosted - oh! A church bell tower!!! I was told it rang from 7 am - 10pm, but actually the people in the rooms in either side were much more disruptive. Much later.

I stayed at this hotel for nine days, and it was almost my worst experience. The price was more than 200 USD per night, but the service was worst than a 30 USD Bed and Breakfast.

The reception staff was not helpful and friendly, and unlike their advertisement, there was no room service for breakfast, bar, and restaurant. Also, there is no lunch option at all.

The funniest point is that they say we don't provide room service because of the COVID-19. When I told them on the phone that to have better safety it's better to serve the meals in rooms, they dropped the phone on me!! Again, not only the staff is not friendly, but also they act and talk offensively.

Super clean and quite room lacked absolutely nothing:great night sleep guaranteed in a comfortable bed, high - tech bathroom was a real joy, plenty of clever space for all your belongings.

Staff were extremely helpful.

A nice (but not short) walk away from the city centre-numerous cafes along the way.

GREAT family restaurant nearby as well.

I would definately stay here again!

The hotel has exactly wht you need on a business trip and many of the thing you'd appreciate when travelling for leisure. Its style is contemporary and minimal, the staff is super-friendly and efficient. Everything is squeackly-clean and the location is easy to reach from pretty much everywhere. Excellent value per money.

NH Torino Centro is well situated, an easy walk to Porta Nuova station and an easier walk to Porta Sousa. You know what to expect with an NH hotel and Torino Centro doesn't disappoint: friendly, welcoming and helpful staff; an excellent breakfast buffet suitable for guests with different dietary requirements; smart, clean rooms; decent free wifi. For those who don't like to walk there's a convenient tram stop outside the hotel but it's an interesting walk to the city centre with a wealth of architectural styles

We picked this hotel because it is very close to Porta Susa railway station - perfect for an early morning departure. We had not expected it to be so quiet (excellent glazing!), cool and comfortable. Spacious room size and good facilities. Most of all, the ladies on reception were charming and extremely helpful. In particular, because our train was very late, we had to drop our bags quickly before going on to the opera. The receptionist could not have been more accommodating. Will stay here again.

We used Tesco vouchers so it was very cheap. The restaurant wasn't open no real issue for us. It was very close to a Metro station too. There is parking at the hotel which was great. They looked at us like we had horns when we asked about the eco Sunday thing in Turin; we had read about green motor policies in Turin. We didn't see any of them.
