very small, pokey room. Reception and bar looks modern and renovated but rooms old and staid. Room cleanliness also not good as floor had not been hoovered/ swept. Parking difficult and payable. Reception staff nice enough but would not return due to rooms

We booked for 3 adults and 1 child. We had a room with a pull out sofa. The matress in the pullout sofa was very poor. There was no duvets left for the 4th person. It was a tight space for 4 however it was cheap so we didn't mind that so much. It was very functional and a bit tired small things like shower head kept falling down. The location was very good. Overall staff were friendly. Bar Staff was very friendly. Reception was Friendly. For a cheap getaway it was good. Just be sure to manage your expectations.

Arrived at the hotel and was met by a friendly receptionist who checked me in without issue. I was staying for a week and all of the staff were really helpful and friendly. The hotel is quite old, but it has been tastefully renovated and decorated. The bedrooms and the public areas were spotlessly clean .The meals (half board ) were superb, no complaints at all regarding quantity and quality of the food on offer. On the 5th day I had an issue regarding restaurant seating, where they wanted to seat me well away from other guests ( two large groups of Norwegian guests) as I was a solo traveller, I was unhappy with this, as it had not been mentioned on the previous 4 evenings. And so I requested to speak with a manager. The following day it was resolved by the General manager to my complete satisfaction. I couldn't have had a better stay, and will be back very soon.

We had 2 rooms here overlooking the pool with breakfast included. Rooms are pleasant and modern enough, being British no tea making facilities was a bit of a kicker and the shower wasn’t great and a little tired but they are minor in scheme of it. Communal space nice bar with great staff and we had a singer twice in the 4 nights we stayed. Breakfast is your classic continental spread, but the tables are tiny to try and fit 3 people on and the plates are similar (again understand saves food wastage). All in all we had a good stay, would happily stay again and use it to explore not only Lisbon but beyond via buses from Cascais. Thank you.

Really enjoyed my stay at Hotel Londres. All the staff were really friendly and helpful. There was a great choice of food at breakfast. Bar food menu was also very nice. Lovely little pool with cushioned sunbeds. The hotel and rooms were modern and clean. Location is great! 5 min walk to the beach and 15 mins walk along the promemade to Cascais where there's plenty of shops and restaurants. Beautiful area

Just back from a very chilled week at Hotel Londres with my husband. This is the second year visiting this hotel. It is good value for money - it’s close to everything - about 200m to the closest beach and c1.5km into the main town. We didn’t hang by the pool but visited local beaches each day although the pool area is very nice. The hotel is very clean and has everything you need. The hotel is basic but good. I would definetly recommend. Just something to be mindful of when booking it is at the top of a steep hill and could be difficult going up and down with a buggy etc.

Had a great time. Nice facilities for the price. The pool was a little small, but clean and well-appointed. Breakfast was good but a bit overpriced. Great and very helpful staff. Really good location too. Would definitely stay again.
